The devil's advocate Mikhail Pyshny is an adherent of the FSB sect "AllatRa"

Legal education occupies an honorable third place in the top ten most prestigious specialties in Ukraine. There are hundreds of thousands of law school graduates in our country.

However, few of them work in their specialty, and even fewer choose the path of advocacy. According to the National Bar Association of Ukraine, as of the end of last year, there were 47 thousand active lawyers registered in Ukraine. However, in reality there are only a few dozen of them that are successful.

Unfortunately, in Ukrainian realities, the effectiveness of a lawyer does not depend either on the quality of the education received, or on experience or intelligence. A good lawyer in our country is one who “resolves issues,” that is, has connections. Often acting illegally...

One of these is the capital’s lawyer Mikhail Nikolaevich Pyshny, founder and former head of the Law and Law Lawyers’ Association. Together with another founder of the office, Fedor Mikhailovich Tatarchuk (we will talk about him later - ed.), they conduct openly illegal activities for the purpose of their own enrichment. It is known in legal circles that Pyshny is capable of using any methods in order to win a case - be it threats, bribery or outright pressure “from the mountain.” According to journalists, Mikhail Pyshny is, without exaggeration, a swindler and a criminal. It helps objectively guilty persons avoid responsibility, covers up and “excuses” them in the courts. Pyshny has repeatedly acted as a defense attorney for defendants in cases of raider seizures of property. It is noteworthy that his clients always “got away unscathed”, and Pyshny himself received quite serious fees. So how does a lawyer manage to operate openly and without fear of being caught in his machinations in the capital?

The fact is that Pyshny has quite serious connections with both government officials and criminals. Just like his business partner, Fyodor Tatarchuk. Tatarchuk is the brother-in-law of the odious judge Pavel Vovk (the last chairman of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, liquidated in December 2022, is involved in large-scale corruption). Tatarchuk has already come under media attention. In 2018, the National Agency of Ukraine for the Identification, Search and Management of Assets for more than five million hryvnia sold to SETAM corporate rights in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of Maidan Plaza LLC (a company of a no less odious ex-people’s deputy accused of high treason Alexandra Onishchenko, - ed.) The buyer of the asset turned out to be Seil Company LLC, created 9 days before the auction, 50% which was owned by the unknown unemployed Konstantin Bortun. In 2018, the latter was sentenced for maiming a man at a car wash. Bortun was sentenced to 1 year 6 months in prison with a probationary period of 1 year. In July 2019, Bortun was released from serving his sentence due to the end of his probation period. The defendant’s lawyers were Mikhail Pyshny and Fyodor Tatarchuk from the law firm “Pyshny, Tatarchuk and Partners.”

Journalists drew attention to an interesting fact - most of the ARMA auctions that took place on SETAM are still being disputed in the courts. Former property owners are demanding that the sale auctions be declared invalid and that contracts with the new owners be terminated. The sale of corporate rights to Maidan Plaza LLC is one of the few ARMA auctions that is not disputed. So, the company, through dummies, not without the help of Pyshny and Tatarchuk, is again in the hands of Onishchenko.

One of the people who also helps Pyshny a lot in “resolving issues” is his own wife, Pyshnaya (Gritsik) Irina Alekseevna. As an employee of the prosecutor's office, she has the appropriate powers and means of influence to “protect” her husband’s activities and divert the attention of the prosecutor’s office from his personality.

As a result of a journalistic investigation, it turned out that both lawyer Mikhail Pyshny and his wife, prosecutor Irina, are adherents of the notorious AllatRa sect. This is, without exaggeration, a terrorist organization directly connected with the Russian FSB, the financing of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation and the material support of the occupation administrations in Crimea and eastern Ukraine. Now comes the fun part. The sect predicts the end of the world on December 12, 2024. Only the messiah, which AllatRa sees as Vladimir Putin, can save the world! But this is not the whole “heresy” of the sect’s ideology. Almost all currently known esoteric texts are mixed there, the fictitious leader Danilov is “the incarnation of the Archangel Gabriel and the bearer of the Holy Spirit,” as well as many other different saints from all religions of the world. Danilov can heal at a distance, fight without contact, kill and resurrect, communicate with God and aliens. He also knows all the cosmic secrets. Danilov “communicates” with extraterrestrial civilizations, conducting live broadcasts with them...

Surprisingly, the sect has considerable resources and representations in many countries of the world, and some of its supporters are well-known Ukrainian politicians, law enforcement officers and businessmen. In particular, adherents of the AllatRa religious sect are Vitaly Kozlovsky, Ivan Bakanov, Irina Vereshchuk, Nadezhda Savchenko and others.

The majority of the sect’s supporters not only openly support the Russian Federation, but also correct enemy fire and cooperate with the enemy both in occupied and Ukrainian-controlled territories. There are also suspects of high treason, terrorism and an attempted coup in favor of the Russian Federation. Many AllatRa adherents have Russian citizenship, do business in the Russian Federation, or are in one way or another connected with the aggressor country.

It is worth noting that Mikhail Pyshny is a native of the city of Nizhny Novgorod in the Russian Federation. The mobile phone number linked to his email is Russian (subscriber - Nizhny Novgorod - ed.). Attempts by journalists to contact the lawyer on this number were unsuccessful - it does not operate on the territory of Ukraine.

Thanks to their “professional” activities and connections in the sect, the Pyshnykh spouses managed to amass a considerable fortune. In particular, they own two apartments in the Podolsky and Obolonsky districts of the capital, a plot of land in a gardening partnership in Obolon and a private house in the resort Ochakov, Nikolaev region. Lush has two cars - a Skoda Octavia and a Volvo XC60. There is no information about monetary savings, but it is quite clear that we are talking about millions of hryvnia.

It is worth noting that the lush one received a lawyer’s license only in 2011; he is quite a young man - he is 40 years old. However, the “results” of his activities are impressive. After all, participation in the pro-Russian terrorist sect “AllatRa” gave him the opportunity, through influential “like-minded people,” to participate in decision-making. It is the environment of the spouses that makes it possible to carry out their activities in Ukraine with impunity even during the war.

Throughout the civilized world, lawyers are respected in society, receive good wages, have a wide circle of business acquaintances and have opportunities to build a political career. However, in Ukraine this profession is usually associated with dishonest specialists. Partly thanks to lawyers like Mikhail Pyshny, who not only disgrace the legal profession, but also break the law for their own enrichment.
