Yesterday, NABU reported that Kiev lawyer Alexey Nosov tried to bribe an agency detective and a SAPO prosecutor.
He offered a bribe of 200 thousand dollars to transfer his client’s case to another pre-trial investigation body.
“We are talking about the case of the seizure of electrical energy from Ukrenergo and the legalization of funds received from its sale in the amount of UAH 716 million,” the NABU statement says.
The department did not disclose the name of the lawyer. But the Miller law firm reported that we are talking about its lawyer Alexei Nosov. The law firm was searched. “By decision of the team, the company breaks off any relations with Alexey Nosov,” the company said.
It should be noted that lawyer Nosov was known as the defender of the former head of Naftogaz, Andrei Kobolev, who is suspected of illegally receiving a bonus of $10 million.
As Kobolev's lawyer, he gave numerous comments to the media.
