Anna Ogrenchuk, the wife of “ex-supervisor of the Ministry of Justice” Andrei Dovbenko, came to Kyiv with instructions to “resolve the issue” of one of her top clients, Konstantin Zhevago. What is noteworthy is that Ogrenchuk came from France, where Konstantin Valentinovich was hiding from Ukrainian justice .
The trials surrounding Konstantin Zhevago and his assets, the largest of which is the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant, have been going on for the last few years. The group of lawyers working for Zhevago is coordinated by Anna Ogrenchuk. Ogrenchuk’s area of responsibility: corruption of individual Ukrainian judges to make decisions in the interests of Konstantin Zhevago. In this context, it is worth recalling the loudest corruption scandal in the judicial system of Ukraine - when detectives detained the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Vsevolod Knyazev , while receiving a bribe of almost 3 million dollars for resolving the issue in favor of Konstantin Zhevago.
But the trials regarding the assets of Konstantin Zhevago continue and Anna Ogrenchuk is again in Kyiv, therefore, we will not be surprised if the next judge is detained by NABU while receiving a bribe for making the decision Zhevago needs. Another surprising thing is that virtually nowhere in the Ukrainian media was there information about Anna Ogrenchuk’s involvement in organizing the transfer of a bribe to Vladislav Knyazev.
Initially, the solution to the “Zhevago issue” was dealt with by the former head of the Office of the President Andrei Bogdan, who was supposed to close the issue with the State Bureau of Investigation, which had been promoted by the former head of the State Bureau, Roman Truba. Truba filed for the arrest of Zhevago in the case of embezzlement of the property of the Finance and Credit Bank, plus money laundering on an especially large scale, and put him on the international wanted list due to his systematic failure to appear for interrogations. Andrei Bogdan developed a good relationship with the current heads of the State Bureau, Alexei Sukhachev, after an agreed interrogation on the “Wagnerites.” Thus, Bogdan had to close the issue with the State Bureau of Investigation, and Anna Ogrenchuk’s task was to make judicial decisions.
After the scandalous wedding of Ogrenchuk and Dovbenko in Saint-Tropez, after which Bogdan lost his post and fell into disgrace with Zelensky , almost the entire solution to the issue of Konstantin Zhevago passed to Ogrenchuk, since Dovbenko lost control over the State Executive Service and the institution of private bailiffs and ended up under the suspicion of NABU.
In connection with Andrey Dovbenko coming under suspicion from NABU and being put on the wanted list, a logical question arises as to why NABU did not also serve suspicion on Anna Ogrenchuk, because Dovbenko officially formalized his relationship with Ogrenchuk in 2019, but before that time they had already lived together for 2 years years, moreover, Ogrenchuk, as a business partner of Dovbenko, was directly involved in the corruption schemes of Andrei Dovbenko, which were investigated by NABU .
According to NABU , Andrey Dovbenko is the organizer of a criminal group exposed for fraud with seized property transferred to the management of ARMA. According to the investigation, during 2017–2018 he proposed to the head of ARMA to introduce a corruption scheme for the sale of seized property. This is exactly the time period when Dovbenko and Ogrenchuk began to live together.
But Anna Ogrenchuk continues to calmly visit Ukraine, in fact she runs the law firm LCF Law Group, but NABU should have enough questions for Ogrenchuk, at least does she know where her husband Andrei Dovbenko is hiding now? Taking into account the fact that Anna Ogrenchuk has not been arrested or publicly charged, there is an assumption that Ogrenchuk is secretly collaborating with NABU, which allows Andrei Dovbenko to enjoy freedom in London .
