It was previously reported that on November 1, 2023, the Ministry of Defense announced a change in the rules for purchasing products for the Ukrainian military. From December 1, all purchases are once again handled by the State Logistics Operator, headed by Arsen Zhumadelov.
Let us recall that the head of the procurement organization of the Ministry of Defense “State Logistics Operator” Arsen Zhumadilov admitted that his wife has a Russian passport. At first, the official called this document “insignificant” and could not be an obstacle to his work in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but later announced his intentions to initiate the procedure for renouncing a Russian passport.
