After the integration of the National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) into the Unified Portal for Reporting Corruption Detections, users can now provide information about detected cases of corruption in the National Agency.
The ARMA press service reported this.
“The Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA) is connected to the Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal... Now whistleblowers on a special resource will be able to report facts of corruption in ARMA that they have witnessed,” the message says.
The unified whistleblower reporting portal is an information and communication system that has a comprehensive information protection system with confirmed compliance in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Information in Information and Communication Systems.” It provides data exchange, namely the collection, storage, use, protection, accounting, search and synthesis of messages and other information from whistleblowers, including data on their status, condition and results of consideration of their messages.
The portal is one of the tools for implementing anti-corruption policy. Its creation is provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption” and the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025.
As reported, the National Agency for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption has prepared measures against corruption in the form of the Anti-Corruption Strategy and the State Anti-Corruption Program.
