Alexander Slobozhenko created the arbitration company Traffic Devils (TD) and successfully entered the gambling field. Over time, Parimatch, PinUp and Cosmolot became TD's main clients. According to Alexander, the company's monthly turnover is $1 million, and the average net profit is in the range of $500,000 to $600,000 thousand.

But all good things come to an end, Sasha really wanted to be noticed and therefore in the summer of 2020, the tax office opened criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - tax evasion on an especially large scale. They conducted searches at his home, then dropped in to see his relatives and friends, and finally visited his Kiev office. According to Slobozhenko, because of these troubles, he began to drink and travel with a guard motorcade.
Then a miracle happened, and the SBU, which came to Traffic Devils twice and conducted surveillance, “suddenly” disappeared. Sasha returned to his former sweet life, but his clients suddenly began to have problems. For example, the main client of Traffic Devils PariMatch fell after someone leaked information to the relevant authorities that PM’s advertising traffic was mainly going to the positions of our fighters. Later, problems began with the well-known company Cosmolot, which was also raided.
The only major player who still buys Traffic Devils services is PinUP. But judging by the trend, this chicken will soon be slaughtered.
Is it possible to say with 100% certainty that Sasha works for the SBU? No, but the facts speak for themselves. For example, he was seen several times in the company of DKIB employees. He openly behaved with them as with old friends.
In exchange for leaking information, Slobozhenko received not only a criminal case on the brakes. but also a service pass abroad, as well as the exclusive privilege to drive along the runway and park right in the Antonov hangar.
At the same time, in order to develop his RichRussianKids channel, he desperately needs new clients. It was for this purpose that Sasha, along with his retinue, flew to the SiGMA 2023 European Summit. The only problem: Slobozhenko did not take into account that GGBET was not done with a finger: they will dust themselves off and move on, as they say, and that’s not what they were worried about. Well, Sasha, with the departure of his last client, will lose the protection of the SBU and will again have a bunch of problems with the law and business.

There is little biographical information about Alexander Slobozhenko, since he lived in this world for only 25 years. But he earned more than one million dollars through various criminal “schemes,” swindling not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia and the EU countries.

Alexander Slobozhenko was born in August 1998 in the village of Belogorodka, Kyiv region. The guy grew up in a simple family without a father and, by his own admission, started working very early - already from the sixth grade he worked as a builder’s assistant, and later he distributed leaflets. And in my teens I became interested in the field of online commerce.
Further, in the biography of the young hard worker there are so many unverified facts, stated by him himself, that one can only be surprised at such impudence. Storozhenko describes how in 2016 he found himself in an environment where he first heard about traffic arbitrage. There was little information about this area; practitioners did not reveal their secrets of success. The young man began to independently, together with his friend, and now colleague, learn more about this niche, collect information bit by bit. Subsequently, he organized a small team that worked with him. Without undue modesty, the narcissistic swindler told in his public pages how in just a year the brilliant self-taught not only thoroughly studied this area of the IT industry, but also became a real guru in traffic arbitrage. Indeed, after 2017, the 19-year-old milksucker, dressed in branded clothes, began to teach “IT specialists” how to properly promote advertising on the Internet.
Slobozhenko also said that from 2017 to 2019 he headed his own enterprise. However, in Ukraine he did not register any company at all and only in the summer of 2020 received the official status of a sole proprietor. True, by this year his pages on social networks were filled with stories about million-dollar turnovers, teachings in the style of “how beginners can start making money on traffic arbitrage,” etc.
Slobozhenko likes to talk about himself. He often recalls that he bought his first car at the age of 16, and at the age of 13 he became the owner of a motorcycle. He was fond of motorcycle racing, became the champion of Ukraine in road-circuit motorcycle racing in 2018, after which he abandoned this sport.
The future millionaire studied at the Belogorodsky institution of general secondary education No. 1, then at the Academy gymnasium. After that, he graduated from the Kiev College of Communications - Faculty of the Republic of South Ossetia (software development). In one of his interviews, he said that it was while studying in college that his only company, Traffic Devils, began its journey.
Alexander does not have a higher education. But in an interview he repeatedly asserted that he does not need any universities, since today they do not have sufficiently developed programs for training specialists in the IT industry.
In addition to her mother (a cosmetologist by profession), Slobozhenko has a grandfather, a builder by profession, and a grandmother who is a teacher. Alexander has not yet acquired a wife or children, but in several interviews, with his eyes downcast in shame, he told how he was passionately in love with a prostitute. He, poor fellow, lived with her for a whole year, suffered from her rudeness and outright bullying, until he tore the spoiled harlot out of his youthful heart...
If we talk in more detail about Alexander’s main brainchild, the Traffic Devils company, then various inconsistencies, starting with the year of foundation, immediately catch the eye. The official website indicates the year of establishment as 2019. And some other materials reported that the company began operating in 2017. Slobozhenko personally announced the opening of its offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Traffic Devils team has always positioned itself and continues to position itself not as a Ukrainian brand, but as a company operating in the territory of the so-called CIS. True, in the summer of 2022 they had to make a statement that Traffic Devils is a patriotic company that will bombard Russia with anti-war advertising, and this is now a Ukrainian enterprise that has finally broken with the aggressor country.
Already as the head of the Ukrainian media buying company Traffic Devils, Alexander Slobozhenko received the prestigious international award Best Marketing Influencer at the World Traffic Awards. The award was presented at the Traffic Summit, a digital marketing conference with an emphasis on trends in the affiliate industry, which took place on September 28-29, 2022 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Alexander Slobozhenko’s team also won in the nominations Best Mediabuying Team (best media buying team) and Best Service Tool - (best service tool - application rental service TD APPS).
Fraudster and thief parasitizing on Internet traffic arbitration and laundering billions of the Russian “black market”, organized crime groups and intelligence services

No matter how much he puffs himself up, portraying a brilliant “IT specialist” who “made himself”, investigative journalists found out that behind the yellow-throat there are very dubious investments and Russian special services.
In truth, Slobozhenko himself was not a law-abiding young man. He earned his first money by deceiving and stealing funds from World of Tanks players. He offered especially gambling “tankers” to buy various game improvements for real money. And if he agreed, he used two options - take the money and simply cheat the sucker, or try to crack the code of the buyer’s card and then steal money from it. But such pranks did not allow one to earn normal start-up capital, because millions are needed to buy traffic.
And some media outlets indicated the bins where the investments came from for the novice schemer. Journalists openly talk about the followers of the “Russian World” from the Party of Regions who have settled in Russia. With the approval of their Moscow curators, they allocated money for “promotion” to the young scoundrel, and he began diligently servicing illegal online casinos , bookmakers, and “pirated” versions of Internet games and applications. Very soon, the Traffic Devils company became a completely reliable channel for withdrawing from Russia the shadow earnings of organized crime groups, corrupt officials, and funds for the purchase of products subject to sanctions.
A significant part of the company’s online activities relates to recruiting new employees. Slobozhenko always lied in his interviews about the exorbitant earnings of Traffic Devils workers. Without blinking an eye, he described the high percentages of sales they allegedly received, the friendly atmosphere, regular corporate events, joint holidays and tourist trips. But in reality, employees regularly quit and then wrote in reviews that their work was a complete “sweat squeeze”, and they paid much less money than was promised. They were also informed about delays in the payment of wages, poor attitude from top management and salaries in Russian rubles .

On May 30, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine created a Temporary Investigative Commission to investigate potential facts of fraud in the field of financial services. This commission included ten deputies, and it was headed by a deputy from the Servant of the People faction, Alexander Kunitsky.
It was he who showed particular interest in the activities of the Traffic Devils company. The head of the commission openly stated that he suspects Slobozhenko of creating a fraudulent call center and financial pyramid , as well as trading in the personal data of Ukrainians. The deputy on his page called on citizens to provide him with all information about this cybercriminal.
Now our black arbitrator lives in a mansion built in high-tech style shortly before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The housing is located in the village of Kruglik near Kiev, where a new elite village is being built. Because of the war, construction on neighboring plots slowed down, otherwise Slobozhenko would have long ago celebrated his housewarming in style. Of course, the mansion has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a landscaped garden and a separate access to the lake.
A narcissistic “schemist”, a defendant in criminal cases, who lost his aplomb after the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine
With the beginning of the 20s, the pretentious boy completely turned brown. His Internet pages were littered with photographs of expensive purchases and luxury vacations. However, there was a significant flaw in this PR campaign. Such nouveau riche millionaires all love to take pictures with various celebrities - in order to add importance to themselves and to throw dust in the eyes of others. And here our goldfinch has a puncture, he is not invited anywhere. And who would let such a poorly educated upstart into decent society? Look at the conversation with him on YouTube, where every second word is swearing. So the idiot sticks out in almost all the photos in splendid isolation, even on a rented private plane with only his best friend, a backpack.
Having finally realized that he would not make a socialite, Slobozhenko began to give gifts to his beloved. For my birthday I gave myself a luxurious Audemars Piguet Double Balance Skeleton watch. A very expensive pleasure, inaccessible to ordinary people. But it seemed to the nouveau riche dude that this was not enough. He gave himself a second gift - a limited edition Ducati Panigale Superleggera V4 motorcycle. As Slobozhenko stated, before this there were no such people in Ukraine at all.
And the price of such a gift is simply off the charts. As he wrote in his publication, “this is a collector’s item that cost me specifically 130,000 €.”
But the young spender could well afford these purchases and other multimillion-dollar expenses. He himself admitted that he willingly made money from any fraudulent activity on the Internet. In addition, from the beginning of the 20s, his business in Russia increased sharply. Slobozhenko himself announced this, indicating that in 2021 he opened two new offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Without any hesitation, the swindler states in an interview that 80% of his clientele are online casinos and gambling, and that his company is the absolute leader in Russia in servicing casino traffic.
But the carefree days for Alexander ended at the end of February 2022. The seasoned rogue did not wait for the arrest and played ahead of the curve. He stated that he was stopping all business in the Russian Federation and now he himself would fight the aggressor, distributing anti-war information under the guise of advertising.
Later, Slobozhenko said that he donated a million from his company to the Everaid charity foundation (this money was collected by his employees as a gift to his boss for his anniversary). In addition, celebrating his 25th birthday, the IT specialist held a charity auction, which raised 12 million UAH. With these funds, we purchased 20 pickup trucks for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and sent them to hot spots - the 92nd brigade of Kharkov, the 56th brigade of Mariupol, the 130th battalion of Kyiv, the Main Police Department of Kharkov, and military units A4456 and A7299. Well, seems like a good guy? Not really, we had a birthday party in a villa in Spain, during a period of fierce fighting in eastern Ukraine. A multi-day holiday on a merchant scale outside the home country, which is fiercely at war with the occupiers, is far from the best example. In addition, it turned out that the cunning “IT specialist” freely crosses the border , as if there was no war. In August 2022, he visited Italy, celebrated New Year 2023 at a ski resort in the Alps, and in March of the same year he was spotted in Poland.
In addition, the folk wisdom that states that a black dog cannot be washed white turned out to be very appropriate here. After all, Slobozhenko never thought of stopping his business in Russia, and his offices are still driving black traffic, laundering the criminal earnings of thieves-officials and organized crime groups.
The reaction of the Ukrainian authorities was natural - the prosecutor's office opened a criminal case. However, this is not the first time this has happened. Back in June 2020, Slobozhenko came to the attention of the fiscal authorities. The State Fiscal Service in Kyiv began a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings No. 42020100000000256 dated June 26, 2020 on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - deliberate evasion of taxes, fees (mandatory payments) included in the taxation system, introduced in the manner prescribed by law. As part of this case, on July 17, 2020, a search was conducted in the office on Khreshchatyk. But obviously the swindler managed to pay off, since no continuation followed, and the Traffic Devils company continued to operate without registration.
And after his new “exploits” in war conditions, the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General, is conducting an investigation into criminal proceedings under No. 72023000120000040, which was entered into the ERDR on April 26, 2023. This criminal proceeding concerns the activities of Slobozhenko and his defunct company Traffic Devils.
The case contains serious allegations. BEB suspects the entrepreneur of crimes, punishment for which is provided for in the following articles of the Criminal Code:
- Part 2 Art. 203-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (organization of illegal gambling by prior conspiracy by a group of persons);
- Part 3 Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (legalization of proceeds from crime on an especially large scale);
- Part 3 Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (tax evasion on an especially large scale).
If an indictment against Slobozhenko is sent to court under these articles, he faces a long prison sentence of 8 to 12 years, as well as a fine of one million hryvnia. Well, let's see if Themis can now defeat the clever rogue.
