The Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Alexander Kamyshin indicated 19 million 301 thousand 939 UAH of income in the electronic declaration of property and income for 2022 and 46 million 385 thousand 267 UAH of income in the electronic declaration of property and income for 2023.
“When preparing my declaration, I analyzed my income and expenses since 2010, when I started earning enough to accumulate savings. During this time, my net income amounted to a total of more than 3 million US dollars in equivalent.
Paid more than 500 thousand dollars in taxes. More than 90% of income is generated in the private sector. In the public sector I received a salary: in Ukrzaliznytsia - only about 235 thousand dollars (the payment should have been more, but about 100 thousand dollars, according to my application, were transferred to a charitable project to support railway workers "Zalizna Rodina"), in the Ministry of Strategic Industry - about 34 thousand dollars. In particular, it is indicated that for 2022 the salary amounted to 12,105,334 UAH (Ukrzaliznytsia), additional payments and gifts in Ukrzaliznytsia - 9,932 UAH, dividends - 2,000,069 UAH, funds from the sale of cryptocurrency - 1,855,644 UAH , income from the alienation of securities and corporate rights - 2,278,243 UAH, bank interest and coupon income - 752,717 UAH, redemption of securities - 300 thousand UAH.
Also for 2022, he and his wife indicated in the declaration 1.3 million UAH, 15.5 thousand dollars, 3.9 thousand euros, 26 pounds sterling in bank accounts, 23 UAH on a crypto exchange, 1.4 thousand UAH on a brokerage account for the purchase of securities. In addition, he declared 1.9 million UAH, 583.6 thousand dollars and 87.7 thousand euros in cash, and his wife - 500 thousand euros in cash. Among other things, Kamyshin declared cryptocurrencies with a total value of UAH 15.7 million and securities with a total nominal value of UAH 67.9 million.
For 2023, wages at Ukrzaliznytsia amounted to UAH 3,184,173, coupon income payments and payments for government securities - UAH 19,341,992, funds from the sale of cryptocurrency - UAH 17,455,726, dividends - UAH 5,145,168, salary at the Ministry of Strategic Industry — 890,116 UAH, bank interest — 368,092 UAH.
Also for 2023, he indicated in the declaration 7.1 million UAH, 178.2 thousand dollars, 53.5 thousand euros, 26 pounds sterling in bank accounts, 23 UAH on a crypto exchange, 3.1 million UAH in a brokerage account for purchase valuable papers. In addition, he declared 1.8 million UAH, 675 thousand dollars and 210.7 thousand euros in cash. Among other things, Kamyshin declared cryptocurrencies worth UAH 455 and securities with a total nominal value of UAH 57.4 million.
According to the declaration, Kamyshin owns a house (82.8 sq. m) and two land plots (4.3 thousand and 2.5 thousand sq. m) in the Cherkasy region, and also rents an apartment (228.2 sq. m) in Kyiv.
The wife's condition is not indicated in the declaration for 2023, since the couple divorced.
According to declarations in 2022, Kamyshin spent UAH 3.8 million on charity, UAH 21 million on the purchase of securities, UAH 15.7 million on the purchase of cryptocurrency; in 2023, he spent UAH 1.2 million on charity, UAH 6.2 million on the purchase of government securities, UAH 1.2 million on educational services and UAH 652 thousand on providing for children.

Kamyshin began his career as an auditor at the international company KPMG in 2006. In 2008, he worked at the investment company Dragon Capital. in 2009, he took the position of General Director of the Karlovsky Machine-Building Plant, part of the investment portfolio of Dragon Capital. In 2012, he became an investment manager at the SCM holding and a member of the Supervisory Board of Portinvest, and in 2018, a member of the Supervisory Board of Lemtrans. At the same time, he was engaged in his own business - agricultural, investment (Fortior Capital) and media (Latifundist Media).
In August 2021, Kamyshin was appointed acting head of the board of the state company Ukrzaliznytsia. In March 2022 - permanent chairman of the board.
