The High Anti-Corruption Court canceled a notification to former people's deputy Alexander Granovsky of suspicion of theft of 93.3 million hryvnia at the Odessa port plant. The prosecutor is appealing the court's decision.
This was reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
The authors of the Telegram channel “All moves are recorded” also responded to this news, where they publish incriminating evidence on famous politicians, officials and businessmen.
“The VAKS investigative judge Vladimir Voronko (from the Luhansk ones) canceled the message to the “supervisor” of the courts during the tenure of Petro Poroshenko, Alexander Granovsky, about the suspicion from NABU of the theft of UAH 93.5 million in 2015 in the schemes around the Odessa port plant.
He promised to explain what was guiding Voronko on August 26th. Granovsky fled from Ukraine in 2019 and, being put on the wanted list, tries not to leave the location of the Vienna defense battalion,” write the authors of the channel.
Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office stated that they categorically disagree with this court decision and will defend their position in the appellate instance. An appeal is now being prepared.
