Alexander Katsuba was not given any money. Verbitsky was scared

Thanks to publicity about the possibility of the Kyiv Court of Appeal returning 100 million to convicted ex-regional figure Alexander Katsuba, Deputy Prosecutor General Dmitry Verbitsky got scared and prosecutors did not go ahead with the implementation of the corrupt and brazen scheme on October 23. The court hearing did not take place.

According to the official website of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, the hearing in case No. 761/7184/17 is scheduled for 15.00 on December 11, 2023. The composition of the court is Ignatyuk A.V. (rapporteur), Svintsitskaya A.P. (judge), Rudnichenko A.M. (judge).

Let me remind you that Alexander Katsuba wants to prove through the court that he was innocent of the theft of the “Boiko towers”, and to regain 100 million.

Knowing the greed of Dmitry Verbitsky, I understand that he will continue to try to “pressure” Katsuba to get the desired court decision.

We need publicity and public, journalistic control over the meeting of the Kyiv Court of Appeal in the Katsuba case, which is scheduled for December 11.

The SBI and NABU are obliged to document every criminal path of Verbitsky.
