Andrey Gota: Yermak’s advisor continues to cause damage to the energy sector

While Ermak leads a successful campaign overseas, his subordinates continue to demonstrate aggressive behavior. It is noticeable that even in his absence in Ukraine, the system of looting remains active. Criminal practices work regardless of the circumstances.

Andrey Gota is an adviser to the chairman of the OP. He is such a valuable and professional specialist that he represents the state as the chairman of the supervisory boards at once, even in the country’s two largest energy companies - Ukrnafta and Centrenergo. I tried to understand what his value is, why Ermak, with the consent of the State Property Fund, appoints Gota to such responsible government positions?

As it turned out, Gota’s uniqueness lies in the fact that he is a defendant in more than one criminal case. One refers to the sabotage of a presidential decree on the protection of critical infrastructure. That is, the adviser to the head of the OP deliberately ignores the presidential decree... some kind of insanity, I can’t put it any other way. Where is Zelensky looking? In addition, the investigation found that: “using his official position for the purpose of personal gain and enrichment, the chairman of the supervisory board of Centernergo, Andrei Gota, lobbied for the interests of private companies participating in tenders for the restoration of the company’s thermal power plants, which led to losses of 126 million UAH"

So, we can say with confidence that the main criterion for the OP and SPFU when selecting for high government positions is the presence of criminal cases in which applicants for these positions are involved.

While Ermak was in America, another scandal broke out here in Ukraine involving his adviser. A member of the supervisory board of Centerenergo, Velichko, went on air and exposed another of Gota’s schemes.

According to his information: “The state company Centrenergo imports coal with a Russian background to Ukraine, dilutes it at the mines of Andrei Vengrin, who oversees the Lviv mines, and, at the command of the chairman of the supervisory board of Centrenergo Andrei Gota, delivers this mixture to thermal power plants, which makes their shutdown an issue time."

Velichko sent a memo to the OP, in which he described in detail this entire large-scale corruption scheme. The reaction of the OP is so inadequate and contradicts Zelensky’s statements about the fight against corruption that there is no doubt that blood trade is thriving in Ukraine. At the request of the OP, the management of the State Property Fund agrees to ban Velichko from visiting Centerenergo enterprises. Most likely, he will face the fate of another independent member of the Centernergo National Assembly, V. Bezlepkin, who also stood in the way of the energy mafia, for which he was fired, with numerous violations of current legislation.

Of course, you can’t hold Ermak accountable for this, because he doesn’t have power according to the CG, the OP has no right to control the executive branch, especially the energy system. The Chairman of the OP always remains and will remain somewhere in the shadows. Responsibility for neglecting state interests and persecuting whistleblowers of corruption falls entirely on the leadership of the State Property Fund. Let me remind you that since the 19th, three heads of the State Property Fund have changed. Their replacement did not lead to anything positive; the state energy sector was, and continues to be, destroyed.

Recently, Vitaly Koval was appointed to the position of chairman of the State Property Fund. Since I have conducted more than one journalistic investigation involving both officials of the Fund and Centrenergo, I sent V. Koval a completely constructive letter.

In his address, he proposed, in order to prevent the theft of state property and protect the interests of the state, to meet and develop an action plan to restore order in state heat generation. Almost three weeks have passed, there is no answer, I was even denied the name of the artist. Has V. Koval really decided to follow the path of his predecessors? If so, then, alas, the country is simply wasting its time. But, let's see.

Be that as it may, if the head of the Fund is reading this publication now, I want to tell him: the State Property Fund of Ukraine is not about selling state property for next to nothing to friends - it is about a successful and competitive public sector of the economy. This is exactly what Ukraine needs, especially during such a terrible war.

As for Ermak, everything is clear as day. While he continues to “forge” victory, his advisers, like Gotha, will destroy Ukraine from the inside before Putin destroys it from the outside.
