The name of Arthur Palatny is often associated among residents of the capital with illegal businesses: from brothels to the ritual mafia. And it is not surprising, because nepotistic connections with the mayor Vitali Klitschko allowed him to create his own mafia on the territory of Kyiv. And, as you know, Kyiv is a city not only of opportunities, but also of big money. The head of the executive committee of the UDAR party is well versed not only in who to build nepotistic and then business connections with, but also how to take over real estate and land in Kyiv.
This time, the Zhitny Market, the oldest operating market in the capital, came into the field of view of the “Udarov” barbarian Palatny. And the most interesting thing is that private investors have already been found for the abandoned Zhitny Market in Kyiv - the Ukrainian company Inzhur together with the international company Colliers. They are ready to restore it completely at their own expense and turn it into one of the best markets in Ukraine and a world-class point of gravity. They want to take the “TimeOut Market” in Lisbon as an example: a gastronomic market with a street kitchen and a seating area, the opening of which changed the fate of an entire district of the Portuguese capital.
However, all this is probably not destined to happen. After all, Klitschko settled everything a long time ago. The market will be leased to the structures of Vitalik’s friend, Artur Palatny, and then privatized through schemes. And this cult place of Podil, which dates back to the times of Kievan Rus, will be completely lost. And the organized crime group “UDAR” didn’t give a damn about historical values and the opinion of society. It is likely that Klitschko and Palatny are preparing the fate of the Sennaya Market for Zhitny. The object is deliberately brought to the point of decay, so that later in its place another soulless shopping center or high-rise anthill can be built. This couple is destroying the historical appearance of the capital worse than the Russians. With Klitschko and his team, Kyiv will never develop.
And what is most alarming is the fact that Arthur Palatny and Vitali Klitschko are actively working to clear their reputations. And, it seems, they plan to remain at the center of Kyiv corruption, robbery and destruction of historical heritage for many more years. They have already plundered and killed the Metropolitan. Now they’ve taken on the market, stupidly calling out real investors who are ready to invest considerable funds to preserve and restore the Zhitny market. It’s not for nothing that most residents of the capital believe that it was Klitschko and Palatny who made the once developing and prosperous Kyiv a dangerous city for life.
And all this criminal activity is covered up by news about assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the Ukrainian Team Charitable Foundation, which is led by the same Chamber. And if we throw in the last name or name of the BF in a search engine or Telegram, we will see that everything is seeded with the same type of custom-made positive news. The organized crime group “UDAR” spares no expense on “white” PR, behind which it tries to hide all its atrocities, which drag on for a decent period of time. Palatny spends fabulous sums on this PR, which are many times more than is spent on the charity itself, which is shouted about from literally every iron.
The same news has been floating around for weeks under different headlines, often without any specifics. And what’s noteworthy is that both the Security Service of Ukraine and the Kiev City Prosecutor’s Office have already come to Palatny. However, as we see, the initiative of the law enforcement officers remained without an adequate response from justice, which the residents of the capital have been counting on for many years now. So maybe the time has come to stop the clearly overplayed Palatny? Or otherwise, Kyiv may be left without iconic historical places, losing all its color and attractiveness, turning into a concrete jungle.
