During a full-scale war, property with a total value of 800 thousand US dollars or 32 million hryvnia in equivalent was registered in the family of the people's deputy from the Servant of the People party Nikolai Galushko.

In particular, journalists valued the vehicle fleet of members of the Galushko family, created after the start of the war, at almost $200 thousand.
The only car indicated in Nikolai Galushko’s declaration belongs to his father Leonid Galushko, the formal owner of the Brovary security company “Galid”, which was transferred to him after his son was elected as a deputy. This 2008 Mercedes-Benz S500 was registered to Leonid Galushko in November 2022.
In addition, over the past two years the following documents have been issued for the father of People’s Deputy Galushko:
- Lexus NX 300 in 2021, the cost of which in the summer of 2022 was about $40 thousand;
- the aforementioned 2008 Mercedes-Benz S500, which costs $12-13 thousand;
- a brand new Volvo XC90, which appeared at the people’s deputy’s dad’s place on December 1, 2022, the cost of which from the showroom is more than $55 thousand;
- a 2016 Samsung SM6 motorcycle worth more than $10 thousand;
- a Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle, registered to a Brovary pensioner in November 2023, worth $10-12 thousand.
Another car, a Land Cruiser, which the deputy used, was previously registered to his mother Marina Galushko. Later it was sold, and a similar car was registered in the name of the mother of People’s Deputy Galushko’s son, Svetlana Levchuk, whom he did not indicate in the declarations.
In addition, another luxury car was registered for the people’s deputy’s mother several months ago. In March of this year, a Brovary pensioner bought a fashionable Zeekr electric car worth more than $50 thousand.
In addition to the houses and office premises of the deputy’s sister in Galid’s office, the parents’ house and apartment in Brovary, and the plots of each of the relatives in different parts of the Kiev region, journalists found an estate that the people’s deputy’s family built during a full-scale war.
This estate is located in the village of Rozhevka, a 15-minute drive from the center of Brovary, in the closed cooperative “Forest Lake”. Here is the house of the deputy’s parents, built in 2007-2010. The plot, like the estate, is registered in the name of Leonid Galushko, the people’s deputy’s father.
On the same street, a few houses later, another large house was built. It is located on a plot of 12 acres, which was bought by Nikolai Galushko’s mother, Marina, in the summer of 2020. A three-story estate with a swimming pool and several garages was built on this plot. All this luxurious renovation was actively going on during the full-scale invasion. This is confirmed by a comparison of area maps for 2020 and 2022. It is difficult to estimate the cost of reconstruction or the house itself, since it is not built from scratch, but simply “expanded”. Smaller estates in Rozhevka cost at least $120-130 thousand. Therefore, journalists valued this house at more than $300 thousand.
According to the people's deputy's mother, on whose land the estate is located, she is completing it for sale.
“I’m making it for sale, I didn’t build it. I do appearances and renovations to sell. And there’s even an announcement!” – she said.
There is indeed an advertisement online for the sale of this house, but for $650,000.
Therefore, together with the vehicle fleet, over the past two years, the family of deputy Galushko has acquired property worth more than $800 thousand.
Nikolai Galushko is a former Brovary entrepreneur who is now 44 years old. From 1997 to 2006 he served in the police and in 2001 graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs. In 2006, he left the police service and went into business, heading the private enterprise “Galid”, which provided security services in Brovary and the region.
Since officials of this level are prohibited from doing business, in the summer of 2019 the security company was transferred to the deputy’s father, Leonid Galushko. Currently, the office of the “Galid” company houses the deputy’s reception area.
Nikolai Galushko, a majoritarian deputy, entered the Verkhovna Rada in 2019 as a representative of the presidential faction “Servant of the People” from the city of Brovary, Kyiv region. He is a member of the Law Enforcement Committee.
The “Honestly” movement, which monitors the activity of people’s deputies, found only two facts in Galushka’s professional heritage.
“During his entire tenure, he did not have many performances - only one in 5 years. People’s Deputy Galushko is among the leaders of absenteeism for 2022-2023, having missed 46% of meetings,” notes Alexander Salizhenko, coordinator of the “Honestly” movement.
Let us recall that earlier public activists stated that “Servant of the People” Nikolai Galushko may be involved in the “protection scheme” of sandy illegal immigrants in the Kyiv region. Activists of the NGO “Stop Corruption” found the people’s deputy’s office in the Kyiv region in the same building as a company that was caught illegally mining sand.
Let us note that this is exactly the people’s deputy who was involved in a scandal with the police at the end of December. Then “Servant of the People” came to “rescue” his driver, who was stopped by the police for violating traffic rules. He began swearing obscenely and calling law enforcement officers names.
