As the media have already reported, banks operating in Ukraine ended the first half of the year with huge profits.
Bank commissions, which no one regulates, have reached sky-high levels. Why not, there is a war in the country, so why not rob the shocked population. Hence the exorbitant commissions for services, hence the super-profits from the robbery of the impoverished population.
But, having billions of excess profits, and tens of millions in the form of salaries and bonuses to the bank’s management, the nominally state-owned PrivatBank is in no hurry to provide the clients it has robbed with quality services.
As the editors of the “Last Bastion” of IDPs complain, in the branches at the address: Poltava, Nebesna Sotnya 11/21 and Sobornosti 29/1, and they were denied cash service, citing the fact that: - there is no light, there are generators, but they are not yet connected, and even if they connect, there are no cables.
There are super profits, but there are no male managers.
As in the story with the fines of Rogachev-Belenky.
There are fines, but there are no roads.
And, it’s not clear who is the head of the Main Directorate of the NP in the Poltava region - Rogachev, or the grabber Belenky?
If Belenky instructs the police to replenish the cash register in Reshetilovka to impose a tax on all travelers, volunteers, drivers who pass by Reshetilovka, then what is Rogachev doing?
The behavior of Belenky’s collaborator, who during the war “builds” a stadium worth 150 million hryvnia, is understandable, at a time when people are eating the last carrot without salt.
When, fed up with the exorbitant tariffs of Poltavavodokanal and Poltavateploenergo, which are re-registered in Reshetilovka, insolent from the permissiveness and lack of audit of the activities of the regional council and utility companies, the draft dodger Belenky does not know where to spend the stolen money of utility payers.
But where is Rogachev looking then? Where does the money from robbing travelers go? Roads in the direction of Gadyach, Sumy, Kremenchug became directions with knee-deep potholes.
Why then do Ukrainians need such police, why do they need such banks?
