KRAIL member Evgeny Yakhniy and his wife Liliya Yakhniy received millions from the Diamond Pay payment system

Sources from the NBU suggest that, answering the question “have you received money from the Russian-linked Diamond Pay payment system?”, KRAIL member Evgeniy Yakhniy outright lied when he said “no.”

In support of these words, sources provided me with facts of systematic receipt of money by Yakhniy and his wife from the payment system, which, let me remind you, before the loss of the license controlled 70% of the movement of gaming money in Ukraine.

From 04/05/2023 to 05/17/2023 Evgeniy Yakhniy, as a sole proprietor, received UAH 4.4 million from Diamond Pay LLC.

In addition, from 03/06/2023 to 07/14/2023, Evgeniy Yakhniy received a deposit from the payment terminal of Diamond Pay LLC in the amount of almost 270 thousand UAH.

After Evgeniy Yakhniy was appointed to the position of member of KRAIL (Yakhniy also cannot explain the circumstances of his appointment), his wife Liliya Yakhniy began receiving money from Diamond Pay LLC.

Let me remind you that she was an employee of the NBU Licensing Department and was directly involved in issuing licenses to financial companies.

Thus, from December 29, 2023 to April 16, 2024, individual entrepreneur Liliya Yakhniy received 3.8 million from Diamond Pay LLC “for design services.”

What kind of design is required for a payment system for such an amount is unclear.

Also, from the end of 2023 to the spring of 2024, Liliya Yakhniy received credits from the payment terminal of Diamond Pay LLC; during 2023-2024, about 370 thousand UAH were credited.

The total amount of confirmed payments from the family of KRAIL member Evgeniy Yakhnia from the Russian-linked Diamond Pay payment system for the period 2023–2024 amounted to UAH 8.84 million

In addition, from December 28, 2023 to February 2, 2024, sole proprietor Liliya Yakhniy received 550 thousand “for design services.” UAH from X Pay Group LLC.

This is a technological operator of payment services, the owner of which, until his appointment as a member of KRAIL, was Evgeniy Yakhniy himself.

He retains de facto control over this company today.

It is obvious that payment systems do not need any “design services”, and the received almost 10 million UAH. – most likely, banal kickbacks to a member of CRAIL, which has virtually unlimited influence on the gambling market.

But the mechanics of Yakhniy’s influence and the mathematics of the formation of “kickbacks” will be discussed in the next post.

This is stupidly your client. Moreover, each body under Yakhnia has a corresponding article.
