KRAIL member Elena Vodolazhko purchased an unfinished apartment during the war and continues to receive social assistance, earning hundreds of thousands of hryvnia.

In 2023, the woman declared a 75% share of an apartment in Kyiv, which she had owned since 2004. At the same time, she indicated that the cost of the premises is 87.5 square meters. m on the date of acquisition of the right was 18 thousand hryvnia. The other part belongs to her mother Taisiya Vodolazhko.

In March 2023, a member of KRAIL acquired ownership of an unfinished apartment of 54.7 square meters. m. The cost of this property on this day is not indicated. It also became known that in May of this year the woman received income from the alienation of real estate in the amount of 320 thousand hryvnia from Galina Lysenko.

The woman has a MAZDA cx5 (2021), which she purchased for 902 thousand hryvnia in 2021.

Over the past year, Vodolazhko earned 1.59 million hryvnia as a member of KRAIL. She also received from Alexander Tymoshenko income from the alienation of real estate worth 1.28 million hryvnia.

Having such funds, the woman continues to receive social assistance from the Kyiv City Center for the Calculation of Social Payments for several years in a row. This is several thousand hryvnia per year. Vodolazhko also obtained several loans from banks.

Let us recall that in January 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers reprimanded Elena Vodolazhko in connection with a disciplinary offense under clause 5 of Part 2 of Art. 65 of the Law “On Civil Service” (non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of official duties, acts of public authorities, orders (instructions) and instructions of managers adopted within the limits of their powers).
