The government will legalize the corruption that was created in KRAIL.
As you and I predicted, the order of Prime Minister Denis Shmygal regarding the disciplinary proceedings against KRAIL member Yevgeniy Yakhniy is not just being sabotaged, but they are trying to launder the reputation of a corrupt person with this proceeding.
According to my sources, yesterday, a document with the following wording was sent to the Government:
“The commission invites the subject of appointment to decide to close disciplinary proceedings against KRAIL member Yakhniy Evgeniy Nikolaevich and recommend that he undergo training on anti-corruption legislation.”
If the Government accepts such a document, then Yakhniy not only gets away with it without being fired, but also receives a document that removes all claims against him.
Like, they checked me and found nothing.
As for me, this is a direct legalization of the corruption that was created in CRAIL.
But the problem is not with the Higher Civil Service Commission, which conducted the inspection, but with the government personnel who prepared the materials for the commission’s inspection.
It was these people, openly sabotaging the Prime Minister’s position, to justify the proceedings, who did not submit to the commission a single fact regarding connections and payments in favor of the Yakhnia family from the Russian Diamond Pay, which is direct corruption, but only brought in his failure to leave the X Pay business "for 1 day, which doesn’t even warrant a reprimand.
Thus, the commission considered only this fact, understanding the real scope of the facts regarding the defendant, but not having the right to independently introduce them into the proceedings.
In fact, we have clear confirmation that Yahnia's patrons have influence even at this level.
It is obvious that Yakhniy is a very important element of the corrupt infrastructure of the gambling business, having knocked it out from the shadow organizers, everything will begin to fall apart, even before the liquidation of KRAIL. That's why they save as best they can.
I really hope that the Prime Minister will be able to convey an objective picture of this situation.
