The State Bureau of Investigation will check the actions of General Yuri Sodol during his command of the defense of the Kharkov region.
They will also check other facts indicated in the appeal of the chief of staff of the Azov brigade of the National Guard, Bogdan Krotevich. This was reported by Ukrayinska Pravda with reference to interlocutors in law enforcement agencies.
The DBR responded to Krotevich that his statement regarding the facts of possible abuse of power and incompetent command of troops on the part of the commander of the OSGV “Khortitsa” Yuri Sodol was considered. Based on the results of processing, it was added to the materials of the actual criminal case about the circumstances of the Russian military breaking through the border in the Kharkov region. It, among other things, provides a legal assessment of the actions of the military command of the OSGV “Khortitsa” when planning and conducting defense operations in this direction.
The DBR also promised the representative of “Azov” that the circumstances he outlined would be verified.
