The Department of Social Development and Veterans Policy of the Kyiv Regional State Administration carried out the purchase. We were looking for a contractor providing data processing services. More than 6 million hryvnia have been allocated for this.
This became known from an announcement in the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.
As stated in the announcement, the contractor will be paid a total of 6 million 420 thousand hryvnia for services.
Services will be provided by the state enterprise “Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.” The state-owned enterprise will help process the documentation of recipients of state aid and compensation. The receipt of pensions and benefits will also be automated.
The purchase was carried out without using an electronic system - the contract was published on March 15.
