Co-chairman of the European Solidarity faction Artur Gerasimov declared a building on the Mediterranean coast in Spain. The fact is that the property was purchased back in 2013 and the people’s deputy hid the property purchased for 8.7 million hryvnia for more than 10 years.
According to data from the Spanish registry, we are talking about a two-story house with several terraces, located in the small ancient town of Javea, Alicante province.
Its total area is 120 square meters. It is noted that the distance to the Mediterranean beach to the deputy’s estate is only 10 minutes on foot.
Gerasimov purchased it together with his wife back in 2013, but in none of the declarations did he mention his Spanish home.
When the NACP established that the official was lying, a criminal case was opened against him, but in November last year the case was closed due to the expiration of the deadline for bringing to justice.
Gerasimov himself convinced NAPC that he had donated the Spanish estate to his mother, but no agreements were concluded, and the property still belongs to him and his wife.
