During the war, Deputy of the Odessa Regional Council and Chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration Yuri Kruk declared the acquisition of the Altis hotel complex in Slovakia on the banks of the Orava Reservoir.

Kruk, together with his wife and brother Vyacheslav and Alexander Roitburg, registered the company Altis Olympic resort sro in April 2022. This is the Altis hotel complex with its own hockey arena, courts, swimming pools, and SPA center. The total area is 13 thousand square meters. m. The purchase itself was made in the first year of a full-scale war, in November 2022. Yuri Kruk was then the head of the Odessa regional military administration.
Kruk also registered the company World Wild Fish sro (former medical company Into-Sana sro).
