During the war, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the “Voice” faction, Maxim Nefedov, purchased a parking space in Lviv for 1.06 million hryvnia.

This is evidenced by the politician’s declaration, which he submitted on March 30.

The 39-year-old former head of State Customs Nefedov declared in September 2022 the acquisition of a parking space with an area of ​​15.1 square meters. m in Lviv. Its cost was 1.055 million hryvnia.

At the same time, Nefedov and his wife have no other property in Lviv.

Nefedov in his declaration for 2023 indicated that his family owns the following real estate:

• apartment in Kyiv with an area of ​​133.10 sq.m. It was purchased in 2014 for 4,0429,96 hryvnia. Owner Maxim Nefedov.
• land plot in the village of Semenovka, Lviv region with an area of ​​521 sq.m. Was purchased in 2009. The owner is his wife Yana Kalmykova.

Nefedov declared the jewelry:

• Zenith El Primero Automatic watch - owner Maxim Nefedov.

The deputy did not indicate their cost.

Maxim Nefedov indicated in his declaration two vehicles that belong to his family:

• The car is a 2008 Infiniti EX35. Purchased in 2018 for UAH 290,521. Owner Maxim Nefedov, car stolen.
• Car AUDI A6 2019 release. Purchased in 2021 for UAH 795,376. Owner Yana Kalmykova.

But the income and savings of Maxim Nefedov’s family aroused the greatest interest. In 2023 they declared:

• 108 UAH – royalty of Maxim Nefedov from LLC “NF”;
• 7,783,477 UAH – Maxim Nefedov’s income from entrepreneurial activity;
• 32,663 UAH – salary of Maxim Nefedov at the Kyiv School of Economics;
• 1,708 UAH – financial result of Maxim Nefedov from the Non-State Pension Fund “VARUS”;
• 14,620 UAH – assistance to Yana Kalmykova at the birth of a child;
• UAH 688,632 – interest accrued by JSC “FUIB” to Yana Kalmykova;
• UAH 8,932 – interest accrued by Procredit Bank JSC to Yana Kalmykova;

Yana Kalmykova refused to provide information about the amount of income from Rinat Akhmetov’s METINVEST HOLDING LLC, which is her main place of work.
