More than 400 settlements in Ukraine are deprived of electricity supply, according to Interior Minister Igor Klimenko. Among those affected by the weather conditions are children.

He informed that there were children among the victims.
Bad weather in Odessa region
The State Emergency Service in this region towed 849 vehicles, including 24 buses and 17 emergency vehicles. In total, assistance was provided to 2,498 people, 162 of them were children.
In the Odessa region, five people died and another 15 people were injured as a result of bad weather.
“On sections of the M-05 and M-15 roads, traffic is organized in reverse mode,” added Klimenko.
Bad weather in the Nikolaev region
Rescuers towed 144 vehicles in the region. The minister warned that traffic remains difficult on some sections of the road.
It is known about two dead and two injured in the Nikolaev region.
Consequences of bad weather in Ukraine
Eight highways in the Nikolaev and Kirovograd regions remain blocked. 411 settlements in 11 regions remain without electricity. A total of 1,530 vehicles were towed.
Due to weather conditions, 10 people died - in the Odessa, Kharkov and Nikolaev regions, as well as in Kyiv. As of the morning of November 28, there were 23 victims, two of them were children.
“There are headquarters for eliminating the consequences of bad weather at the state and regional levels,” Klimenko emphasized.
