Detective BEB bought a house for 5 million hryvnia during the war

During the war, detective BEB Yakovlev bought a house in Borshchagovka near Kiev for 5 million hryvnia.

This is evidenced by data on significant changes in his property status.

The detective bought the house on April 9. It has an area of ​​113 square meters. The house cost 4.44 million hryvnia. The detective also bought a plot of land for the house for 550 thousand hryvnia.

Before this, the real estate belonged to citizen Alexander Duritsky. The total cost of the purchased property was 5 million hryvnia.

For the purchase, the detective took out a 2 million hryvnia loan under the Abode program. Another 680 thousand hryvnia was given to him by his relative Marina Yakovleva. Another quarter of a million was given to him by his father Nikolai Yakovlev.
