President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, by Decree No. 511/2024 of August 21, 2024, enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on sanctions against Igor Naumts and Elena Kalpa, owners of subsoil-using companies from the UNIGRAN group.

Namely, the National Security and Defense Council amended the decision dated May 12, 2023 and clarified that restrictions in the form of cancellation/stopping of special permits do not apply to special permits No. 634, No. 766, No. 1601, No. 6136, granted for the use of the subsoil of Korostensky Quarry JSC , JSC Malinsky Stone Crushing Plant and PJSC Pinyazevitsky Quarry.
It can be assumed that the next step will be that the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine will resume the validity of the listed special permits, as happened after the first corrective decision of the National Security and Defense Council in June 2024.
