We are talking about Dmitry Butria, who since January 2019 has served as 1st Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration. From July to August 2022, he was the acting chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration, replacing Gennady Laguta in this post.
That is, the said person had complete information regarding the defense capability of the Kherson region a year before the invasion of the aggressor state.
Back in 2019, Butria was repeatedly linked and noticed in ties with the former leadership of the SBU of the Kherson region, involved in the surrender of the Kherson region to the aggressor state. Also, Butriy is a person and protege of an FSB agent, Vitaly Bulyuk, deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council. So, from 2019 to 2021, Dmitry Butriy was seen many times at the secret office of Vitaly Bulyuk; he was personally brought to this meeting by the deputy of the regional department of the SBU, Kirill Rudsky. Thus, for a considerable time, one of the leaders of the SBU of the Kherson region was Alexander Vasilyevich Katunin, who at one time covered for the former governor M. After all, his connections and relationships with his curator Vitaly Bulyuk, an FSB agent, as well as secret meetings with traitors from law enforcement agencies at the secret offices of collaborators, give reason to believe that Dmitry Butriy was also recruited into the FSB and may be an agent of the service.
It is unknown what tasks he received from V. Bulyuk, constantly coming to him, accompanied by the heads of the SBU in the Kherson region, and whether he continues to communicate with his supervisor.
It is reliably known that D. Butria was lobbied for the appointment of the deputy chairman of the KhOVA by high ranks of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region. However, at the moment, the editors do not know whether they are related to the traitors from this department. There is only objective data and evidence of the close cooperation of Dmitry Butriy with the traitor Vitaly Bulyuk before the invasion of the aggressor state into the territory of the Kherson region.
