Dmitry Nazarenko, first deputy head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, ended a long career after serving under seven different leaders.
Dmitry Nazarenko took up his duties as first deputy head of the Regional State Administration back in January 2018, under Alexander Gorgan. Dmitry Nazarenko continued his work under subsequent leaders of the region, including:
— Alexandra Tereshchuk,
— Mikhail Bno-Ayriyan,
— Alexey Chernyshev,
— Vasily Volodin,
— Alexandra Pavlyuk,
- Alexey Kuleba.
But the alleged connection between Dmitry Nazarenko and Andrey Kukovenko, director of AMK Rem-Bud LLC, aroused particular interest among the media (the original source of this news has been “cleared”). Dmitry Nazarenko is allegedly his godfather. This company regularly won tenders for the repair, construction and maintenance of roads and infrastructure facilities, which allegedly led to the disbursement of more than a billion budget funds.
It is also worth noting that Dmitry Nazarenko allegedly has a common friend with the director of AMK Rem-Bud, Ruslan Nichik, who is the head of the highway service in the Kiev region.
In the process of restoring the Kiev region, Dmitry Nazarenko’s alleged connections with the selection of contractors allegedly having criminal proceedings also surfaced. For example, the Nidcom company received large orders for the renovation of medical institutions, allegedly earning about 250 million hryvnia from restoring the region.
In the spring of 2023, the Kiev Regional Military Administration made dubious medical purchases in the amount of 40 million hryvnia concerning a tomograph worth 44.5 million hryvnia. It is noted that these controversial purchases were allegedly approved by the top leadership of the Kyiv regional administration, including Dmitry Nazarenko.
