People's Deputy from the Agrarian Party of Ukraine Ivan Chaikovsky filed declarations of his income for 2021 and 2022. In the documents, he indicated his wife Tatyana Tchaikovskaya, daughter Ekaterina and son Pavel. According to official data on the website of the Unified State Register of Declarations, in 2022 his daughter, Ekaterina Chaikovskaya, became the owner of 27 land plots in different cities and villages of the Ternopil region. In total, she received 438,213 m2, namely more than 43 hectares. In 2022, wife Tatyana became the owner of 3 land plots with a total area of ​​29,883 m2. Ivan Tchaikovsky earned almost 450 thousand hryvnia in 2022, and his wife earned 339 thousand hryvnia. She also received UAH 4.2 million in dividends from the Agroprodservice enterprise.

In his income statement for 2022, Ivan Tchaikovsky indicated 46 real estate properties. These are mainly agricultural land plots. The Tchaikovsky family lives in a house with buildings with a total area of ​​almost 560 m2 in the village of Bolshoy Khodachkov. The declared value of this house is almost 2 million hryvnia. Also in this village, Tatyana Chaikovskaya owns five plots of land. Ivan Tchaikovsky owns a land plot with an area of ​​20,000 m2 in the village of Nastasov, Ternopil region. According to the declaration, Tatyana Chaikovskaya also has land plots of varying sizes in the village of Nastasov, the village of Ishkov, Ternopil region, and the villages of Gusyatin and Bodnarovka, Kamenets-Podilsky district, Khmelnytsky region. In the last settlement, the people's deputy's wife also has a small residential building with an area of ​​38.8 m2 and a household with an area of ​​142.5 m2. Tatiana Chaikovskaya, together with Lyubov Baran, owns a hotel and restaurant complex in Berezhany. The total area of ​​the buildings is 3530 m2 and their cost is almost 3.2 million UAH. Also, two women own a plot of land under this complex with an area of ​​13,145 m2 and a cost of more than 1 million UAH. Tatiana Tchaikovskaya and Lyubov Baran own land in the village of Bolshie Roshchi near Ternopil. The area of ​​the plot is more than 1500 m2, and the cost is 80 thousand UAH.

The people's deputy's daughter, Ekaterina Chaikovskaya, owns 27 land plots with a total area of ​​more than 43 hectares. She owns eight plots in the city of Lanovka, four plots in the village of Garbuzov (Zboriv community), two in the village of Ostrov, Ternopil region, two in the village of Bolshoi Khodachkov, two in the village of Draganovka, two in the village of Vesnovka (Kupchynets community), two in the village of Sinyava ( Zbarazh community), two in the village of Lozovaya, one each in the village of Butsnov, the village of Ozernaya, and the village of Nastasov.

Ivan Tchaikovsky declared a Longines wristwatch model L2.673.8, the market value of which ranges from 450 thousand hryvnia. The people's deputy included two cars in the declaration. One of them, UAZ 452, produced in 1977, belongs to Ivan Tchaikovsky. Another car, a 2011 Toyota Auris, is used by Tatyana Chaikovskaya.

The people's deputy's wife also has corporate rights in three enterprises. This is the agro-industrial enterprise “Agroprodservice”, in which she owns a share of 70% of the total capital and an amount of 7 million hryvnia. Tatyana Chaikovskaya also has corporate rights in S-M LLC and Cooperative Fest Khozyain LLC. Ivan Tchaikovsky has three registered trademarks - “Khozyain”, “Ivan Tchaikovsky” and “Meat Studio”.

The people's deputy declared a salary of 447,665 hryvnia. He was also given 478,833 hryvnia from the Verkhovna Rada for the exercise of his parliamentary powers. His wife received a salary from the agricultural enterprise Agroprodservis of almost 340 thousand UAH, and also received a salary from S-M LLC in the amount of almost 310 thousand UAH. Tatiana Chaikovskaya has a profit in the form of dividends from AP Agroprodservice in the amount of UAH 4.2 million. 571 thousand UAH. the people's deputy's wife received from the provision of property for rent to S-M LLC. The declaration also indicates another additional benefit in the amount of 277,073 hryvnia, provided from the agricultural enterprise Agroprodservice.

1,168,981 hryvnia were placed in Ivan Tchaikovsky’s bank accounts. The declaration also notes that the people’s deputy lent UAH 7.6 million to the agricultural enterprise Agroprodservice. He holds 4 thousand dollars, 5 thousand euros and 5 thousand pounds in cash. His wife has UAH 2,434,315 in accounts in different banks. He holds 8 thousand dollars, 10 thousand pounds and 15 thousand Polish zlotys in cash.

In 2019, Ivan Chaikovsky was elected as a people's deputy of the 9th convocation in the 165th constituency (Ternopil region) as a self-nominated candidate and member of the Agrarian Party of Ukraine. In May 2020, he changed his party affiliation and joined the newly created party “For the Future”. Secretary of the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy.

In 2012, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation in the 165th constituency (Ternopil region) as a self-nominated candidate. In 2010, he was elected as a deputy of the Ternopil district council for the 26th district (Nastasov village) from the Party of Regions, was a member of the party and headed the faction of the same name in the district council. He was a member of the standing committee on socio-economic development, finance and budget and inter-budgetary relations.
