Fight between SBU workers and military personnel in a restaurant: an expensive fleet of vehicles was discovered at the counterintelligence officer’s relatives

At the same time, there is no information in the registers that Dmitry Sivak’s grandmother or father had or has a business.

Relatives of SBU counterintelligence officer Dmitry Sivak, who took part in a fight in a Vinnitsa restaurant over a Russian chanson, were found to have expensive cars and a motorcycle registered to his grandmother and father. This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Center.

Thus, the Sivak family owns a 2018 Volkswagen Caravelle minivan, a 2019 Volkswagen e-Golf and a 2019 BMW R 1250 RT motorcycle. In particular, the grandmother of counterintelligence officer Bogdan Sivak owns a 2021 Volkswagen Caravelle minivan.

“According to our rough estimates, at the time of purchase, a similar car could cost up to $40-45 thousand. The 75-year-old woman does not drive this car and, according to our data, has never driven it,” the CBC assures. According to the Center, since 2020, a 2019 Volkswagen e-Golf has been registered to the father of counterintelligence officer Ruslan Sivak (now such cars are sold in the range of $20,000), and since 2021, a 2019 BMW R 1250 RT motorcycle has been sold like this for almost 17 thousand dollars).

“At the same time, there is no data in the registers that Dmitry Sivak’s grandmother or father had or have a business,” the CPC noted. The Center asked Father Sivak how the counterintelligence officer’s family, especially his grandmother, managed to acquire such a fleet of vehicles. This is what the man answered: “If Bogdanna Mikhailovna had some big Bentley Continental, well, no questions asked.

And this is none of your business. She worked all her life, 40 years, and was in the military.”

The CBK also stated that Sivak then sent his lawyer to them. “And when we asked for the contacts of this lawyer, he said that since we didn’t know them, there was no need to call,” the statement says. They added that Ruslan Sivak convinced that such publications “have no time to do. There are other things to do in the country.”
