President Vladimir Zelensky fired the head of the Brovary district state administration, Vladimir Maybozhenko, who on April 26 committed an accident in the city, as a result of which four people were injured
This is stated in his order published on the website of the Office of the President.
Before this, Maibozhenko was chosen as a preventive measure on suspicion of violating road safety rules while intoxicated (Part 2 of Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for from 3 to 8 years of imprisonment.
Let us remind you that on the evening of April 26, an official drove into people at a crossing in Brovary. As a result of the accident, four people were injured, including a two-year-old girl. Maibozhenko was driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of 2.31 ppm.
Doctors previously diagnosed two victims with serious injuries; they are in the intensive care unit. Two more suffered moderate injuries.
