Details: The Polish President said that he informed his Portuguese colleague “about the implementation of Vladimir Putin’s statements that Russian tactical nuclear weapons will be moved to the territory of Belarus.”
“Indeed, this process is happening, we are observing it,” Duda noted, without providing any details.
He simultaneously added that the actions of Moscow and Minsk “obviously change the security architecture in our part of Europe.”
“This changes the security architecture directly here, but at the same time on NATO’s eastern flank. Thus, this actually changes the situation for the entire Alliance,” added the Polish President.
De Sousa, in turn, noted that he “sympathized with Poland’s concerns” and promised, on behalf of Portugal, further support within NATO.
