Ekaterina Ryzhenkova, Director of the Transfer Pricing Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, purchased a new apartment with an area of ​​83 sq.m. in 2023. in Kyiv. The value of this property is not indicated in the declaration.

However, such a purchase looks like a difficult task, because with an annual income of 660 thousand hryvnia, such an investment of several million is unattainable.

In addition to the apartment, the declaration indicates a land plot and a residential building.

Therefore, the declaration indicates loans for 1 million hryvnia (2023-2024), which she, the owner of jewelry and church icons, is in no hurry to repay. Moreover, it also provides loans to third parties. This looks quite comical, because even these loans are not able to cover the cost of real estate.

Interestingly, on February 24, 2022 (the beginning of the war), when many were hiding in shelters, she also became the owner of a BMW X3 (2017), decorated in the name of Ekaterina Kiseleva.

Together with another person, she also purchased an apartment with an area of ​​271 square meters in Kyiv in 2020, valued at 746 thousand hryvnia. However, in the updated declaration for 2023, both the apartment and the own Mercedes ML 550 car somehow disappear. This raises more questions than answers.

Ekaterina Ryzhenkova, who currently works as the head of the transfer pricing department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, was previously acting. First Deputy Head of the Office of Large Taxpayers of the State Tax Service.

In 2023, her manner of dressing at official meetings was discussed in the media - the woman came in a tracksuit to a meeting with the leaders of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Ryzhenkova was born on August 25, 1986 in the city of Kerch, Crimea.
