Therefore, instead of preventing crime, and as required by the Law of Ukraine on the National Police, Yevgeny Rogachev decided to terrorize motorists.

Drivers complain to the editors of “The Last Bastion” that, on his orders, they sent 3-4 police crews to the settlements of our region, past which interstate highways pass.

In particular, in Reshetilovka, Rogachev and his henchmen announced a real hunt for the wallets of motorists, setting traps from official cars, and 100 meters away, hunters with radars in the bushes.

We do not know what kind of behavioral reflexes Rogachev is guided by. Whether he is collecting money for his demobilization, or replenishing the purse of the police, we do not know, but we must note that the hundreds of millions of hryvnias that Rogachev’s subordinates caroled on the roads of the Poltava region did not go towards repairing roads in the region.

We are waiting for Rogachev’s comments on what he did with the loot captured on the roads of the Poltava region.
