High-ranking officials of the Ministry of Justice have established a mechanism for obtaining undue benefits from participants in enforcement proceedings
The SBI detained the head of the Western Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice Oleg Lyuklyan, the head of the Department for Enforcement of Decisions in the Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil Regions Andrey Bartkiv, the head and deputy of the Dolinsky Department of the State Executive Service in the Ivano-Frankivsk Region of Justice.
