According to many media reports, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kiev International Airport (Zhulyany) Denis Kostrzhevsky left Ukraine 9 days before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

On a private jet Hawker 850XP, tail number TC-MFY, at 15.07 he departed for Spain, where earlier in Marbella he purchased a villa on the Mediterranean coast from Dmitry Firtash for $8 million. His family left via Belarus.

Let us recall that he is the owner, director and participant in the following companies: Master-Avia LLC (management company of the Kiev International Airport), Nika-Invest Asset Management Company, NOT LLC, Levoberezhye Plus LLC, LLC "Investment Union LIBID", LLC "Construction Company "Miskzhitlobud", PJSC "Miorhythm", LLC "Yustitan", LLC "Universal Plus" and LLC "Center for Modern Investment Solutions", LLC "Mediradiopreparat", insurance company "Expo Insurance", LLC Management Company "Ukrainian City Service", LLC "Operating Organization "GOLOSEEVO".

At the moment, Denis Kostrzewski remains in Spain, but the business remains under his close control from abroad.

It is known that at the height of the war in the Motherland in October 2022, during the period of enemy shelling of the energy infrastructure, from abroad, namely at the Consulate of Ukraine in Malaga (Spain), Denis Kostrzhevsky issued a power of attorney to manage the business and dispose of property for certain There is a face in circles - Oleg Orestovich Zakorchemny.

Six months after becoming Kostrzhevsky’s confidant and two months after the start of the war, on April 19, 2022, Zakorchemny founded the charitable organization “World Love Care Charitable Foundation” (USREOU code 44676918). It was not possible to find a single mention of the activities of this fund on the Internet. It is well known that in Ukraine, charitable activities are often a cover for receiving “black cash”, which is probably what Zakorchemny is doing for Kostrzhevsky.

Moreover, Oleg Zakorchemny is the head of DOK LIFE Medical Center LLC (EDRPOU code 44088676), the ultimate beneficiary of which is Denis Kostrzhevsky.

It is interesting that at one time in 2009, probably for more successful business management, Zakorchemny changed his surname to his wife’s surname - Spizhenko.

Natalya Spizhenko is the daughter of Yuriy Spizhenko, the first Minister of Health of Independent Ukraine (1989-1994), and 1995-1998 chairman of the State Committee of Ukraine for Medical and Microbiological Industry. Founder of the private center for oncology and radiosurgery “Spizhenko Clinic”.

So, Oleg Zakorchemny received the management of Denis Kostrzhevsky’s business, and in fact, carte blanche to manage financial issues and back office and property transactions: to enter into sale and purchase agreements or transfer six land plots with a total area of ​​1.52 hectares to the authorized capital. and two non-residential buildings with an area of ​​28.6 thousand sq.m.

It is worth adding that Denis Kostrzhevsky in the 2006 parliamentary elections was on the same electoral list (the “Not So” bloc) with Viktor Medvedchuk, Nestor Shufrich and Yuri Boyko.

It seems that Denis Kostrzhevsky is not going to return to Ukraine. In this situation, the state bears great risks since such a strategic facility as the Kyiv International Airport is in “limbo”.
