The head of the DOT Zhumadilov returns the odious Grinkevichs to the support system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The head of the State Logistics Operator, Arsen Zhumadilov, decided to return the company in the orbit of the corrupt Grinkevichs, who had been stealing from military tenders for years, to the list of food suppliers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Prikhodko, the day before the bunker under the leadership of Zhumadilov failed two tenders for the purchase of food products for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After this, the company entered into direct agreements with BUSSKY CANNERY LLC, the signatory and founder of which is Alexander Lapshin, who is closely associated with the Grinkevich family. It was to him that after the opening of criminal proceedings the Grinkevichs began to transfer their property.

In addition, this LLC has already been involved in a scandal due to the terrible quality of its products.

“The National Guard once screamed at the stew of veins, lard and skin, which could not be given even to dogs and which was supplied by this enterprise,” says Prikhodko.

The expert recalled that after the corruption scandal, the Ministry of Defense broke all contracts with the Grinkevichs. Instead, the created DOT headed by Zhumadelov signed new ones: as if both the minister was on horseback and the Grinkeviches remained.

“On the one hand, Mr. Zhumadilov cries out from every angle for an “uncompromising fight against the mafia,” “food barons,” “the criminal system,” and that’s all, and on the other hand, he takes the hands of the Grinkevich denominations, to whom they transfer their property, and enters into contracts with a company that is part of the Grinkevich group. It concludes, I note, without Prozorro, without bidding, even without simulating a competition,” the expert is indignant.

In his opinion, the Minister of Defense must now make a decision regarding Zhumadilov.

“I have a question for Minister Umerov and the government as a whole: is Zhumadelov’s return of the Grinkeviches not enough for you? What else should this person do to shame you and destroy the army’s supply so that personnel conclusions can be made?” Prikhodko noted.

Let us remind you that the head of the newly created “State Operator of Rear Services” Arsen Zhumadilov twice since the beginning of the year disrupted bidding for the supply of food to the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the Prozorro platform.
