The journalist noticed an expensive Rolex watch worth about 1.5 million hryvnia on the hand of the head of the State Executive Service Maxim Kiselyov. I also used the iPhone 15 smartphone, which costs up to 2 thousand dollars.

Kiselev revealed his wealth to the journalist during a conversation about the origin of his funds.

It is worth noting that earlier the head of GIS declared a rather significant fortune. Thus, he noted 6 apartments, 4 parking spaces in Kyiv, 3 land plots and a dacha in Grigorovka, Obukhovsky district, as well as 4 land plots and non-residential premises. Maxim Kiselev also owns Audi RS7, BMW 740LD and BMW X7. His wife Alexandra Goryaeva is the owner of the British company Hengestone Development LTD with a capitalization of approximately $500,000, which has registered non-residential premises in Kyiv and the company Ammilo Commerce Ltd in the Seychelles.

In addition, government official Maxim Kiselev declared a significant amount of cash, namely 900,000 US dollars and 130,000 euros, as well as 500,000 hryvnia and 45,000 euros, which he kept in accounts.

The question of where the official got such savings immediately arose among the public and journalists. Kiselev explained that the money was declared before he began working in the civil service and he did not have to explain the source of its origin.

“The truth is what the media writes is that my money was indeed stolen. This money was declared before I started working in the public service. Do I have to explain to you where I made my money? Everything I have to explain, I explained in my declaration. My family and I earned this money, taxes were paid for it,” Kiselev said.
