For example, one of the key government organizations for “industrial visa-free” government organizations, the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine, is headed by Russian entrepreneur Sergei Kostyuk.

Moreover, he was appointed to the position without any checks.

At the same time, a person with this full name (Sergey Nikolaevich Kostyuk) is the director and founder of Kord-Avto LLC (Kord-Avto LLC), which is located in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and was created under the legislation of the aggressor state on October 8, 2014, i.e. e. , after the annexation of Crimea.

The legal address, as indicated by open sources, is “295001, Republic of Crimea, Simferopol, ul. Krylova, D. 160, Litare P, Office 1.” The main activity is “45.3 Trade in automobile parts, assemblies and accessories.” Currently, the activities of this LLC have not been terminated.

Also, a person with the full name Kostyuk Sergey Nikolaevich was assigned “TIN” according to Russian legislation No. 773312915669.

At the same time, the head of NAAU, Sergei Nikolaevich Kostyuk, owns a plot of land in the annexed Crimea, and his wife owns apartments in Latvia.

So far, the SBU and NSDC have not confirmed, however, nor denied the information about the existence of corporate rights of Sergei Kostyuk in enterprises registered under Russian law.
