Among the large incomes, one can highlight payments on domestic government loan bonds for 7.4 million (interest + repayment of bonds), the sale of movable property by the wife for 2.8 million UAH and her receipt of 1.5 million UAH from business activities.
Lyudmila is engaged in business in various directions and industries: she is the director of LLC "EDDA" (wholesale trade, including food products, restaurant activities) and the public organization "Vidchuy", as well as the owner/co-owner of LLC "Brightshow" (radio broadcasting, theater/ concert activities), “Fidnova” (production of feed additives) and “Planet RS Kyiv” (real estate and car rental, construction).
Two foreign cars are registered in the family of Andrei Pyshny. For the Chairman of the National Bank himself - a 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser 3.3 Twin Turbo 10, purchased in January 2022 for UAH 2.5 million. And for his wife Lyudmila - a 2012 Mercedes-Benz S500, purchased in July 2014, which was valued at only 150 thousand UAH (about $4 thousand).
The total amount of dollar savings of the Pyshny family in the 2023 declaration amounted to $500.4 thousand, investments in euros - €72 thousand. In terms of hryvnia, this is over 21 million UAH.
At the same time, $85 thousand out of half a million and all €72 thousand are kept in cash and not in bank accounts.
Andrey Pyshny and his wife declared hryvnias totaling 45.7 million. All national currency was either loaned or placed in accounts, including in the National Bank Pension Fund. The head of the National Bank wrote in a separate line that he lent his wife 10.6 million UAH. He lent it, not gave it.
The declaration also reports the purchase in May 2023 of 468 government bonds at UAH 36.6 thousand each for a total of UAH 17.1 million. At face value it is clear that we are talking about government bonds denominated in dollars.
