Illegal re-registration of non-residential premises controlled by Rosatom - the state registrar will be tried
The state registrar will be tried for illegal re-registration of non-residential premises, which are under the control of Rosatom. Even despite the ban on alienation, the violator carried out state registration of ownership of this property, which could lead to five years in prison.
The Podolsk Police Department, together with the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police and the Podolsk District Prosecutor's Office, discovered two men who, using forged documents, tried to change the ownership of a non-residential premises with an area of more than a thousand square meters. This premises belongs to a company that is part of the sanctioned corporation Rosatom.
An indictment with suspicion under Articles 15, 190, 27, 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was sent to court. However, during the investigation it turned out that in order to illegally take possession of the premises, the attackers submitted forged documents to the center for the provision of administrative services of the Podolsk district state administration.
Even in the presence of a ban on the alienation of property, the official carried out state registration of ownership of the specified object.
Currently, the state registrar has received suspicion for negligence, which led to serious consequences, according to Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. For committing this violation, liability is provided in the form of imprisonment for up to five years and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. The pre-trial investigation has been completed and the indictment has been sent to court.
