In May, the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” purchased 30 Mitsubishi L 200 pickups and 50 Renault Dusters. In total, over the last war year, 300 brand new cars were purchased for more than 336 million hryvnia.
In May 2024, the State Specialized Economic Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine”, headed by Yuriy Bolokhovets, held two tender purchases of new cars from the showroom. 30 Mitsubishi L 200 pickups were purchased for the amount of 41 million 850 thousand UAH and 50 Renault Duster SUVs for the amount of 44 million 545 thousand UAH.
In 2023-2024, the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” purchased 300 cars, all of them from the showroom and premium configuration. More than 336 million UAH were spent on this. The lowest price for the purchase of one car started from 800 thousand UAH.
The most popular model is the Mitsubishi L200 pickup truck; 127 units of such cars were purchased for a total amount of at least 175 million UAH. In second place in popularity among devils is the Renault Duster crossover, of which 120 units were purchased for UAH 103 million. In the third place – the Suzuki Jimny SUV – 35 of these cars were bought for about 37 million UAH. The state-owned company also bought Škoda Octavia sedans, Fiat Ducato vans, Peugeot Landtrek pickups, and the most expensive purchase was the Opel Zafira Life minivan for UAH 1.7 million.
