Huseynov, Reka and Kislinsky: who redistributes the call center business in Ukraine during the war

Foreigners have always controlled most of this business, but over the past 2 years of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the scales have shifted and almost the entire line of call centers has passed into the hands of people from the criminal world from the Caucasus.

One of these persons is Rashad Rovshan Ogly Huseynov, born December 24, 1992, known for his cruel methods of resolving issues.

The theft of people and cars, extortion of funds, robbery and robbery became less interesting when Rashad Huseynov learned about luring out funds under the guise of investments.

In 2022, he is introduced to Anton Sergeevich Kislinsky, born December 9, 1996, originally from Nikolaev, and Denis Vladimirovich River, born October 6, 1998, from the city of Stryi, Lviv region. These young guys have been working in call centers in all key positions since their student years and managed to swindle millions of dollars from residents of Turkey, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and subsequently from residents of Ukraine.

Money earned from the blood of the Huseynovs Rashad Rovshan Ogly began to invest in the sphere of extorting funds from Ukrainians and, with the help of his performers - Kislinsky and Reki, already in 2024 he became one of the largest players in this market.

He makes his relative Gadzhiev Tenlan Valeh Ogly 05/31/1998 and Artem Mikhailovich Terekhin 07/06/1993 responsible for the safety of his facilities, who, by the way, were hiding from law enforcement agencies. But surely money is everything!

The largest offices of scammers are located in Kyiv on the street. Degtyarevskaya 21g, 4th floor and st. Konovalets 36-d (Wave Business Center), building D, 5th floor. The owners of business centers know well who works there, so it is almost impossible to get inside.

While ordinary Ukrainians are fighting for their freedom, other people are cashing in on the mountain to drive expensive cars and live in prestigious residential complexes.

Guseinov Rashad loves BMW M-series and Mercedes AMG and drives exclusively license plates 8008. Now he drives a luxurious BMW X7, KA8008TV and has apartments in the most expensive residential complexes, such as “Zarechny”, “Novopecherskie Lipki”.

Murtad Kislinsky Anton and Reka Denis also live very comfortably during the war. They drive a BMW X5 VK1644IK and a Mercedes S500 VK5294IK, and live at st. Antonovicha, 101 and st. Nikolai Mikhnovsky 14, respectively.

He does not lag behind others and Gadzhiev Terlan Valeh Ogly, who lives on the street. Dneprovskaya Naberezhnaya 18a and drives a BMW 5 Series, KE7770NI.

Therefore, the question arises: why, while our defenders are fighting for the right to exist of our state, are foreign criminals robbing our citizens through the hands of such scumbags as Kislinsky and Reka? And why do law enforcement turn a blind eye to this?
