Elections in wartime or post-war Ukraine will obviously not be similar to the previous ones. And not only because our society has changed a lot during these almost three years of full-scale Russian invasion, but rather because our old politicians will invest all their money and energy into their last chance not to fall from the political Olympus.
In addition, the trend towards the formation of controlled armed formations both as part of Petro Poroshenko’s “European Solidarity” and Yulia Tymoshenko’s “Batkivshchyna” already looks too threatening.
In particular, as the telegram channel “PolitBavovna” , at the direction of Petro Poroshenko, the EU continues the process of forming its own “reservists”.
“For this purpose, a new position of “responsible for military records” is being introduced in all regional headquarters.” The idea is presented as concern for EU members serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But the point is different. All members of regional cells will actually be taken into internal “military registration” with the introduction of the “reservation of especially important” scheme for the partygenose. In addition, the conditional accounting system will take into account those who are mobilized, who are members of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and who will be provided with targeted and exclusively “for their own” volunteer assistance. Those responsible for accounting (coordinators) will receive +20 percent of their salary. And they will be trained separately in closed trainings.
In fact, we are witnessing the formation of the skeleton of Poroshenko’s future “pocket army,” which will cover almost all units of the armed forces and will have its own “fed” party members there. Plus, all the “registered” (let’s call it that) will actively promote the idea of the EU and Pyotr Alekseevich among other military personnel. That is, they will shape the mood at the front. More and more are ALREADY being formed,” the message says.
Later, the information from “PolitKhlopok” was confirmed, and the channel even published data about exactly what these “register lists” of Poroshenko look like.
Yulia Vladimirovna Tymoshenko, in matters of forming her own armed forces, took a slightly different path - more criminal and dirty. For these purposes, it has a special member of the party, Andrei Babenko from Odessa. He is involved in several criminal proceedings, the Maidan case and is accused of murdering four foreigners . Behind him, several security LLCs have been formed, known as the “Samson” group. And these supposedly security companies unite former law enforcement officers, criminals, as well as their own entire military units that are currently serving.
Financing of Tymoshenko’s well-fed, but much more “recaptured” army occurs according to a principle similar to the EU: volunteer assistance, transfer of cars, ammunition, and the like to the front “for our own.” And similarly, purely political work is being carried out there to gradually recruit other military personnel into the “Tymoshenko sect” on the principle of inciting protest sentiments.
Given these circumstances, the issue of national security of Ukraine, the protection of which falls within the competence of the SBU, is of particular relevance. At any moment, such pocket and armed political armies can initiate and fuel civil conflicts, armed confrontations and become the basis for attempts at political coups in the state. Before this, our intelligence services managed to expose and neutralize such things in advance. Although at that time we were not talking about persons who were directly and deeply integrated into the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Which can now significantly complicate the situation.
