Irpinsky court and Kiev regional prosecutor's office - sell cases at high prices and on a turnkey basis

The Irpensky Court has long been famous for its commitment to clients, service at the highest level, a wide range of services, everything to ensure that you are satisfied with the service.

This is fast food in a new way: Fast court for the rich. Closing the case on a turnkey basis, making a decision in your interests, prolonging the case, the prosecutor's office on the sidelines, whatever you want, the cash desk is free.

And then great news spread across the Kyiv region - in the Irpin court, prices for a range of services to “resolve the issue” have increased. Now they charge up to $50 thousand for the peace of mind of the client, previously such prices could only be boasted in an appeal, but the war, in addition, the service is provided on a turnkey basis, so such tariffs are justified. The price is not final, if to resolve the issue it is necessary to involve the prosecutor’s office so that it inadvertently misses deadlines or makes a mistake when preparing documents for submission to the court or performs some other interesting procedural actions or, on the contrary, does not perform it - here you will have to double it. Evil tongues say that this fast court was organized by judge Yana Vladimirovna Shestopalova and attracted younger and less experienced colleagues to serve.

From the prosecutor's office he helps provide a full range and uses prosecutors like Shubchik - Igor Nestorovich Grabec. The grabber is an interesting person, we will someday take up the analysis of his activities, there is an unplowed field of delicious things there. Even the fact that this man has been serving as a deputy regional prosecutor for 10 years is of interest. An eternal deputy who doesn’t want to climb the career ladder? Moreover, he even went down a little - from first deputy he returned to just deputy. And quietly, trying not to attract unnecessary attention from management and the public, he earns money. But now it’s not about him, but about the services that the Irpen fast court has already provided.

So that you don’t say that we are biased towards our unfortunate judicial system, which no longer just needs normal reform. It shows in all its appearance that neither the unrealistically high salaries and pensions of judges, nor public control, nor any of the current and insipidly existing safeguards prevent judges from selling cases left and right. Trade openly and brazenly, drawing the world's attention to the fact that the right to a fair trial in Ukraine has been multiplied by zero. All international institutions, possible and impossible organizations, politicians at the highest levels, all unanimously demand a court reform that will make it impossible to create these trading rows of court decisions. In anticipation of such fateful decisions, Irpin judge Shestopalova raised the prices for her services.

So, we have collected just a few examples when important cases were leaked through the fast court of Irpen. These cases are now public:

Case 1. Shestopalov for the destruction of the Belichansky forest

Case 2. Judicial and prosecutorial assistance to the organized crime group of the ex-mayor of Karplyuk

Case 3. Again, the forgetful prosecutor’s office and the very punctual Irpensky court

By the way, most of these decisions are in relation to Karplyuk and his minions. Which leads to some conclusions. After all, after the suspicion of creating an organized criminal group that operated (and is still operating) on the territory of the Irpin Otg, which is trying to drag into its network and corrupt everyone it can reach. It looks like it was Karplyuk who prompted Judge Shestopalova to create this business project. The question is, who pushed and covers up Karplyuk himself in this. But the possible answer is also on the surface. Vladimir Karplyuk, the former mayor of Irpen, does not hide his close ties with individual employees of the Office of the President of Ukraine. We don’t know whether those connections are real or imaginary, and whether these friends exist only in his head, where he solves his real crimes with them. Money, as they say, loves silence, there are a lot of loud stories from Karplyuk, apparently that’s why they don’t like Karplyuk’s money anymore. But that's a completely different story.

So “Fiat justitia et pereat mundus”, which translated from Latin means - Let justice be done, even if the world perishes
