From an agricultural enterprise in the Odessa region, people of fugitive people's deputy Yura "Enakievsky" Mytsa and Kompaniets withdraw cash to ORDLO

Despite the third year of the war, Yura Ivanyushchenko’s enterprises continue to operate in the Odessa region. He is also known as Yura “Enakievsky” - one of the most influential people of the Yanukovych era.

So, it turns out that they transport shadow cash to Russia and the occupied territories.

In 2022, the media conducted an investigation into the “7 km” market, where Yura “Enakievsky” people transferred money to LPR enterprises. Then a serious scandal broke out. The market administration quickly destroyed the evidence. The inspection bodies were “greased up” so that there would be no unnecessary attention to the topic.

But it turns out that in the south of the Odessa region there are still agricultural enterprises operating, also within the orbit of the Enakievsky companies. Among them is SPK MAYAK, which is engaged in growing grain in Kiliya. Many probably remember how in the 2010s, the people of Yura “Enakievsky”, in particular, one of the “supervisors” of the Odessa region, Avramov, actively “pressed” agribusiness, blocking any attempts to export products abroad. Farmers were given a condition: buy phytosanitary certificates from the right people and start working again. Some people simply had their fatty parts squeezed out. It was then that SEC Mayak entered the pool of Enakievsky companies.

At first glance, you cannot say that the enterprise belongs to Yanukovych’s entourage. Although it is headed by the former regional manager Konstantin Alekseevich Mytsa. His partner in the enterprise is Ivan Ivanovich Kompaniets, a man appointed by Yanukovych’s people to monitor the proceeds. He performed a similar function at the Enakievskoe service station in the Donetsk region, where he was also among the founders.

A year ago, SEC MAYAK, among a dozen agricultural companies, became involved in a scheme for organizing the shadow export of grain abroad. We are talking about Livingstar LLC, Solaris Prime LLC and Postachtorg Ukraine LLC. The scheme was organized through them. Several criminal cases have been initiated. Investigative actions continue to this day due to the intervention of Yura “Enakievsky’s” people in the process and attempts to “cover up” the case. Although investigators, through the courts, continue to request the seizure of documents from a group of enterprises, incl. SPK "MAYAK". Law enforcement officers suspect that the proceeds of shadow funds could be sent to finance the war against Ukraine - in the occupied regions.
