The Cabinet of Ministers removed Kadyrov's relative from ownership of the Kremenchug Dairy Plant

In the third year of a full-scale war, the Ukrainian government was able to remove a relative of the head of Putin-Chechen militants, Ramzan Kadyrov, from ownership of the Kremenchug dairy plant (Poltava region). The beneficiary of which all this time remained JSC Danone Russia, which fell under the management of Yakub Zakriev.

The government agreed with the French Danone to exclude Danone Russia from the list of shareholders of the Kremenchug City Dairy Plant and transfer the shares of Danone Dnepr LLC.

This became known thanks to information on the portal of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers.

We are talking about 1,304,125,000 ordinary registered shares, constituting 100% of the authorized capital of the Kremenchug Plant. By the end of the first quarter of 2024, the main shareholder of PJSC Galakton was JSC Danone Russia (Russian Federation) - 94.6%, while the rest 5.4% belonged to PJSC Kremenchug City Dairy Plant.

According to the order, the government agreed on the alienation of the participation rights of Galakton in favor of another member of the Danone group - Danone Dnepr LLC.

The corresponding order No. 427 was published on the Cabinet of Ministers website. This is the first case of application in practice of the resolution “Some issues of notaries in wartime conditions” in terms of the agreed alienation of the right of participation.
