Instead of being promoted to Kyiv, the former chief of police of the Ternopil region, Alexander Bogomol, became the director of Mediator Ternopil LLC, a company that should provide information, but in fact provides services for unsealing and sealing meters in Ternopil.
According to the Opendatabot portal, on September 28, 2023, the company Mediator Ternopil LLC is being founded, which should provide information services, process data and post information.
Among the founders are Bogomol Alexander Nikolaevich, former chief of police of the Ternopil region, Pavlyukh Anastasia Vladimirovna and Komendat Igor Yulianovich, former head of the tax office in Ternopil and Lviv.
The director of the company with an authorized capital of 30 thousand hryvnia, as of March 4, 2024, is Alexander Bogomol.
The same “Opendatabot” states that the company “Mediator Ternopil”, which is supposed to provide information services, has already won two tenders announced by the enterprise “Ternopolgorteplokommunenergo” for services for unsealing, sealing water meters and shut-off valves at customer facilities for a total amount of 7 550 UAH hryvnia.
“Mediator Ternopil” became the winner in another tender in the amount of 99,900 hryvnia. Here Bogomol and his wards will provide services for legal representation and legal consulting services among persons authorized by the legislation of Ukraine to manage the property of apartment buildings in the city of Ternopil, which are connected to the heat supply system and among consumers of utility services.
Let us remind you that on June 9, 2023, “Ternopolyan” learned that Alexander Bogomol was fired from the post of head of the Main Directorate of the NP in the Ternopil region.
Own sources confirmed the information that Alexander Bogomol was fired on the instructions of Ivan Vygovsky, who since January 2023 has been temporarily acting chairman of the National Police of Ukraine.
On the same day, after the “Ternopolyan” article, Alexander Bogomol held a press conference, where he noted that he was not fired, but on the contrary, he was offered a promotion to a position of higher rank in Kyiv and an interview would soon even take place.
But for some reason Alexander Bogomol did not make it to Kyiv and found a job in the Ternopil Regional State Administration as an adviser to the then chairman of the Regional State Administration, Vladimir Trush.
At the end of December, the chairman of LLCA Vladimir Trush left his post, and today he became a teacher at the Department of Finance of ZUNU.
Together with him, Alexander Bogomol also left the post of adviser, but again not to the capital, but stayed in Ternopil to unseal and seal the hot water and heat meters for subscribers of the Ternopolgorteplokommunenergo utility company, which is an unprofitable enterprise, however, on someone’s instructions from the City Council, despite Due to unprofitability and crazy tariffs for Ternopil residents, they decided to spend money on Bogomol.
