As a connoisseur of the German automobile industry from the National Guard, Vladimir Gordeychuk transferred his apartment in Lviv to himself

The name of the head of the Central Territorial Administration of the National Guard of Ukraine, Vladimir Gordeychuk, has already appeared in criminal chronicles - in connection with the case of the illegal alienation of a Volkswagen two years ago .

Let us remind you that formally the car was alienated for the needs of the front, but Gordeychuk actually uses it as a private vehicle, while law enforcement agencies are investigating possible forgery of documents, according to which the car ended up on the balance sheet of the NSU. We, observing the progress of the investigation, discovered another interesting moment from the life of the general, namely, the circumstances of his purchase of housing in Lvov.

In the declarations of our lover of the German automobile industry, at least in recent years, the registration address was the city of Lvov, NAPC assures that at least at that time the general’s place of residence coincided with the place of registration. Which was really convenient: since 2016, Vladimir Gordeychuk held the position of head of the Western Territorial Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine, which was based in the same Lvov. That year was generally a lucky one for the general. He not only received a position in a region as far removed from military operations as possible, but was also promoted to the rank of major general.

In our opinion, the appearance of the general’s Lviv apartment is most directly related to his position and may be a consequence of abuse of power, since previously this housing was considered official and five people were registered in it. Anyone who has encountered the problem of privatization of official housing knows that solving it is not very simple: in order to remove the official status, you need to contact the local council, having previously gone through a bunch of various approvals, including with the organization that owned the housing. This Sisyphean task, however, does not pose a problem for Gordeychuk, who incredibly quickly collects all the documents necessary for the Lviv City Council to make an appropriate decision.

It is worth noting that in his current position as head of the Central Operational-Territorial Association of NSU, General Gordeychuk has a number of questions regarding housing. The command is geographically located in Dnieper - however, unlike Lvov, we do not see any mention of housing in this city in Vladimir Ivanovich’s declarations. Also in them we do not see the address of his residence here, nor the expenses for rented housing, if he rented it - nothing at all. It seems as if the central structural unit of NSU is headed by a homeless person. What is this: an attempt to avoid declaration or carefully disguised corruption? We think that NAPC should be interested in this, and we will return to Lviv again.

Another interesting detail. How, as a result of privatization, did a lover of the German automobile industry become the sole owner of 126 square meters of real estate, if according to the privatization law, he alone had to privatize no more than 21 meters per person... However, as a result of its privatization, it became the sole property of Vladimir Ivanovich Gordeychuk. This not only indicates that the decision was lobbied specifically for one person, but also that the Lviv City Council, by giving permission for privatization, grossly violated all housing legislation of Ukraine. Whether such selectivity is connected with the high position that Gordeychuk held in the region is a question that seems to be rhetorical.

First, a car alienated for one’s own benefit, now an apartment privatized for one’s benefit—in light of these facts, the figure of our lieutenant general does not appear very attractive. Of course, he will explain the increase in his own well-being with his military career as just a coincidence. We, in turn, would like to hear from the mayor of Lvov, Andrei Sadovoy, details of how he allowed the privatization of official housing for one resident, when by law it should have five co-owners. Mr. Sadovyi, the public is waiting for an explanation from you as to what grounds the Lvov deputies had for making such an unfair decision?
