Ukrainian companies cooperate with entrepreneurs Nosovs, thereby financing the aggressor
This is the third year of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine. In total, for 10 years now all the forces of the Ukrainian people have been thrown into confrontation with the aggressor.
However, some Ukrainian businessmen still continue to finance a terrorist country that is destroying our state.
The “explosive” business of the Nosov family in occupied Crimea
If you have patience and use a VPN, then on the Internet you can find information about two citizens of Ukraine - Vladimir Nikolaevich Hosov and Konstantin Vladimirovich Nosov, who, according to the Russian SPARK system, in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea own the enterprise Blastko LLC (TIN 3128097633 legal address : Republic of Crimea, Yalta, Fri. Simeiz.
It is important to note that the main activity of this Crimean company is the production of explosives.
Also, the father and son owned another enterprise located in the Russian-occupied Crimea - LLC SK Goluboi Zaliv (TIN 9103002863, legal address: Republic of Crimea, Yalta, Simeiz, Sovetskaya St., 84 ). This company was only wound up on 12/12/2023.
As established from open sources, LLC Blastko manufactures explosives, and LLC SK Goluboi Zaliv was engaged in the hotel business in the Far East Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
From this we can easily come to the conclusion that the hotel company paid taxes to the treasury of the so-called occupation administration until the end of 2023. "Republic of Crimea". And the explosion production company continues to do this to this day.
It is also not difficult to guess that these funds are used to finance the armed forces of a terrorist country.
At the same time, as mentioned above, one of the owners of these business entities is Vladimir Nikolaevich Hosov, who controls their activities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Another example of Vladimir Nosov’s close connection with business representatives of the occupied Crimea may be that Nosov is a co-founder of KRYMBOLGARSERVICE along with Nikolai Leontievich Yanaki, who is already under sanctions from the National Security and Defense Council for cooperation with the occupation authorities.
Considering these facts, I would like to draw the attention of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to the need to consider the possibility of adding Vladimir and Konstantin Nosov, as well as all their enterprises, to the sanctions list.
In our opinion, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), the Office of the Prosecutor General (OGP) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) should be interested in the activities of these “businessmen”.
We will tell you further about how the funds they earn in Ukraine can be used to finance the army of a terrorist country.
Does the big mining business in Ukraine finance Russians?
In addition to business in occupied Crimea, the Nosov family has many enterprises in the territory of Ukraine controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.
It is known that Hosov Vladimir Nikolaevich (TIN of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION 910314030945) as of today is the beneficial owner of a number of business entities in Ukraine, in particular: PJSC "INTERVYBUKHPROM" (EDRPOU 31385850); LLC "Construction Company Blue Bay" (EDRPOU 34496075), LLC "KRYMBOLGARSERVIS" (EDRPOU 30993483), LLC "Yalta Concrete Plant No. 1" (EDRPOU 33876123 695) and LLC "BVR-COMPLEX" (EDRPOU 35751355).
Journalists decided to investigate these companies and it turned out that one of them cooperates with very large Ukrainian mining and processing plants in Ukraine.
We are talking about PJSC INTERVYBUKHPROM (PJSC IVP), whose main clients, in particular, are PJSC Poltava Mining and Processing Plant, PJSC ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog, LLC Eristovsky Mining and Processing Plant.
Poltava and Eristovsky mining and processing plants belong to Ferrexpo. The majority owner of the Ferrexpo mining group is Konstantin Zhevago, against whom a number of criminal cases have been initiated in Ukraine. It is also known that the court opened a bankruptcy case for the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant. We hope the investigation will show whether PJSC INTERVYBUKHPROM Vladimir Nosov is connected with this case.
ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog is the largest mining and metallurgical plant in Ukraine, owned by the metallurgical company ArcelorMittal of Indian-origin businessman Lakshmi Mittal. Why an internationally recognized company with a business reputation chose the Nosov family enterprise for cooperation remains a mystery.
In turn, the son of Vladimir Nosov, Konstantin Nosov (TIN of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION 772804609368) is the owner of BVR-COMPLEX LLC, which owns a large stake in ZAKHIDUKRVYBUKHPROM LLC (EDRPOU 32744298).
This company provides mining and quarrying services to many Ukrainian mining companies.
According to official information, the final beneficiary of ZAKHIDUKRVYBUKHPROM LLC is Alexander Olegovich Priymak. He is one of the participants in the scheme and is trying to manage all processes related to the activities of the enterprise.
Mr. Priymak is also a very interesting person. In particular, it was previously known about his family’s “black” business - a taxi company whose drivers delivered drugs. In addition, journalists recorded how the trucks of his company Express-T, transporting construction crushed stone, had their license plates covered before the control weighing on the highway. Thus, Alexander Priymak saves millions of hryvnias, which would have gone to the budget.
However, all decisions at ZAKHIDUKRVYBUKHPROM LLC are made only by Mr. Nosov.
It is known that ZAKHIDUKRVYBUKHPROM closely cooperates with Podolsk Cement JSC, which is part of the CEMARK CRH company in Ukraine.
I wonder if the director of JSC Podolsk Cement, Anna Diakova, and the management of the leading manufacturer of building materials in the world and the largest in North America and Europe, CRH, know that they are cooperating with enterprises whose owners have businesses in Russian-occupied Crimea?
Another fairly large Ukrainian enterprise, Vinnytsia Quarry Management LLC, owned by Oksana Gennadievna Nesterenko, also actively cooperates with ZAKHIDUKRVYBUKHPROM PJSC.
According to the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, ZAKHIDUKRVYBUKHPROM was developing a “Blasting Project” for the Pisarevsky quarry (located in the village of Pisarevka, Khmelnitsky (formerly Kalinovsky) district, Vinnytsia region).
Various business sources also report that Nosov’s enterprises can provide services to one of Europe’s largest cement producers, PJSC Ivano-Frankivskcement. Its leader is Nikolai Kruts (former people's deputy of Ukraine).
Should Ukrainian business continue to cooperate with dubious entrepreneurs?
We have shown only part of the problem, which may pose a threat to the defense capability and economy of Ukraine. Having enterprises in temporarily occupied Crimea and paying taxes to the treasury of a terrorist country so that it can then kill Ukrainians is now nonsense. However, unfortunately, this can actually happen.
We hope that the owners of the mentioned mining and processing and cement enterprises will more carefully and in detail study the reputation of those with whom they cooperate. They will also reconsider their business relationships with such partners as Vladimir Nosov, Konstantin Nosov, Nikolai Yanaki and Alexander Priymak.
