How ultras Arthur Okolita (Brilock) sells humanitarian aid and steals donations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

This is exactly the image that an unscrupulous former ultras nicknamed Brilok Archi creates in social networks and the media space. But behind the scenes, Arthur Okolita turns out to be a completely different person, quickly changing clothes for his own benefit.

Criminal activity, drugs and White power

Artur Okolita began his criminal career with the ultras FC Karpaty, which provided him with a place among the “privileged youth” of the criminal Sikhiv, and his mother with safe business in the local market. He mastered the drug business and smuggling, and together with his comrades carried out tasks to eliminate the competitors of his criminal curators. Over time, to launder income, Arthur opened his own women's clothing store with the name ZigaZaga, which is interesting for ultras.

Okolita’s youth was interesting; Brilok even began to write his own blog about her, “brilok blog ru,” which he later closed due to a large amount of incriminating evidence and obscene language. But, as they say, the Internet remembers everything. On his blog, he repeatedly boasted of stories about drug use, gang warfare, and conflicts with law enforcement. And here Arthur, supposedly a nationalist, quotes Russian songs about the uniqueness of the Russian people and even calls crests “Khokhols.”

How this happened is not difficult to understand. For pseudo-nationalist Brilko, disgust for Russia ends where financial gain begins. Thus, Arthur Okolita is one of the participants of PROMPRIBOR LLC. Invest, which is listed as a holding company in state registers, is associated with the aggressor country. LLC is engaged in the reconstruction of a former industrial zone in Frankovsk into commercial premises.

Real estate is of separate interest to Okolita, which includes the TIL garage-building cooperative, which in 2021 got into a scandal with the resale of land plots for ATO participants in favor of private developers.

What can you do? Whenever there is an opportunity, Brilock will certainly take advantage of it, because while some are fighting, others are sawing land and resources.

Trade in humanitarian aid and a fictitious meeting at the Armed Forces of Ukraine

After the full-scale invasion, Arthur Okolita began to make even more money from the war. His social networks began to be filled with photos and videos of him posing first in military uniform, then in emergency uniform, not forgetting about advertising his own store.

Okolita is collected mainly by car. But, although in 2023 Arthur crossed the border as a driver more than 40 times, in different cars, none of them were intended for the military. Brilock visited mainly Poland and Germany, where contraband was exported under the guise of escorting refugees. In Europe, they received humanitarian aid, which also did not reach those in need because it ended up in market places. Okolita did not neglect drugs, which, due to the flow of refugees, became much easier to transport.

Brilock reports back by reposting other people's meetings, but Arthur Okoliti does not always manage to play the role of a devoted patriot. So, for example, in April 2022, he miraculously found himself in two places at once - at the front and at home. Here he writes that he is in Mariupol.

Arthur is not at all at the front, as it might seem from his Facebook page; he is busy using stolen money to take his own dog on vacation.

Despite the role of a Ukrainian nationalist and ultras, Brilock is not against cooperation with the Russians if it is beneficial. To communicate with such customers, Arthur Okolita regularly visits the FSB network VKontakte, as, by the way, does his criminal brother Andrei Plosky. The latter, as it became known, because of the main social network of the country of the aggressor, maintains connections with the Russian z-propagandist Koklyaev and is suspected of transmitting data on the location of strategic objects of Ukraine.

However, the orders carried out by Arthur are mainly Ukrainian girls. The latter are recruited by Okolita to work in a European brothel, owned by a Russian. Thanks to his image as a stylist and theater volunteer, Brilk manages this task quite easily; most agree to the conditions and understand why they are going. In addition to recruiting sex workers, Arthur Okolita is also involved in organizing the transportation of those who want to earn extra money in this way to their destination, for which he receives a certain payment into shadow accounts.

It is difficult to find out who else the daring ultras Brilock communicates with on VK, because he carefully closed the page from prying eyes. Obviously, he has something to hide, because lately he has been actively visiting the most shelled regions of the country - Kharkov Saltovka, Odessa, Zaliv and others. Whether he is looking for new sex workers there, is a spotter, or aims to become a collaborator is a question for the security services.

But ordinary citizens can only hope that such “benefactors” who deceive and sell Ukraine will soon find themselves where they belong.
