The current mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, is a well-known official throughout Ukraine. They know about him far beyond the Odessa region, however, rather because of scandals and his odiousness. Thus, in a joint investigation by the Anti-Corruption Office and Automaidan (2017), it is said that Tatyana Koltunova in 2009 purchased an apartment of 296 m² in the elite residential complex Ark Palace, which is located in the Arcadia area at a distance of 1 km. from the Black Sea coast.
According to the State Register of Real Estate Rights, in 2012 Tatyana Anatolyevna received ownership of a house of 560 m² in the elite cottage town “Royal Gardens”, also located in Arcadia, literally 100 m away. from the Black Sea coast. However, she sold it in 2016. There is also information about the purchase of the Koltunova boathouse (a structure for construction or repair in aeronautics and shipbuilding) on the very seashore.
